【摘要】：在美元本位的國際貨幣體系下,美國的貨幣政策存在嚴重的外溢性,如何有效約束美元的泛濫發(fā)行一直是國際貨幣體系改革的重要議題。但受制于全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式、金融市場的發(fā)展程度、美元的在位優(yōu)勢以及美元在能源計價結(jié)算中的壟斷地位等因素,短期內(nèi)美元的本位地位很難改變。結(jié)合現(xiàn)實情況,本文認為推動能源計價結(jié)算貨幣競爭是提升國際貨幣多元化程度進而約束美元的一個突破口。
[Abstract]:Under the dollar-based international monetary system, the monetary policy of the United States has a serious spillover. How to effectively restrain the flood issuance of the United States dollar has always been an important issue in the reform of the international monetary system. However, due to the global economic development model, the degree of development of financial markets, the dominant advantage of the dollar and the monopoly position of the dollar in energy valuation and settlement, it is difficult to change the standard position of the dollar in the short term. Combined with the reality, this paper holds that promoting the currency competition of energy valuation settlement is a breakthrough to enhance the degree of international currency diversification and restrain the US dollar.
