建行青島地區(qū)對公業(yè)務(wù)競爭戰(zhàn)略分析及戰(zhàn)略保障對策研究

【摘要】:隨著金融全球化進程的加快,很多外資銀行加快了其在華發(fā)展的規(guī)模和速度,很多種小型銀行也在逐步興起,中國建設(shè)銀行的規(guī)模實力在銀行業(yè)屬于前列。建設(shè)銀行擁有數(shù)量巨大的客戶群和良好的美譽度。在這種國際形勢下,建設(shè)銀行也積極融入到世界金融一體化的激烈競爭中。在當(dāng)前這種情況下,如何加強建設(shè)銀行的社會地位并保證其強勢的發(fā)展勢頭,這是一項迫切的問題。在所有的銀行業(yè)務(wù)中,對公業(yè)務(wù)是一項對銀行各項業(yè)務(wù)都有影響的業(yè)務(wù),所以本文由此為切入點,對建設(shè)銀行的對公業(yè)務(wù)的競爭戰(zhàn)略及其戰(zhàn)略保障進行了研究。 本文的研究內(nèi)容主要是建設(shè)銀行青島地區(qū)的對公業(yè)務(wù)進行戰(zhàn)略分析。本文對建設(shè)銀行的調(diào)研主要集中于建設(shè)銀行的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源、績效評估、營銷方式和營銷理念上。在深入調(diào)研了建設(shè)銀行的對公業(yè)務(wù)競爭戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對建設(shè)銀行的合理競爭戰(zhàn)略進行了分析,提出了其對公業(yè)務(wù)競爭戰(zhàn)略及其戰(zhàn)略保障政策。首先本文研究了競爭戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)涵,分析了建設(shè)銀行面對的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)。在研究方法上,本文主要采取了邁克爾·波特的五力模型、PEST分析和SWOT分析。五力模型主要是以建設(shè)銀行對公業(yè)務(wù)為切入點分析了銀行業(yè)對公業(yè)務(wù)市場的五種力量。PEST分析法主要分析了中國建設(shè)銀行青島地區(qū)的外部政治法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、社會文化環(huán)境和技術(shù)環(huán)境。SWOT分析法分析了中國建設(shè)銀行青島地區(qū)的競爭策略的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅四種情況,并提出戰(zhàn)略組合。本文還分析了績效管理、人力資源培養(yǎng)和企業(yè)文化進行了分析。 在同行業(yè)的對比分析上,本文選取了青島地區(qū)的工商銀行、農(nóng)業(yè)銀行和中國銀行與建設(shè)銀行的對公業(yè)務(wù)進行了對比整合分析,從中對競爭戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展得到了一定的借鑒。在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)分析了建行青島地區(qū)對公業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。最終本文從內(nèi)部和外部兩方面對如何優(yōu)化對公業(yè)務(wù)提出了相應(yīng)措施。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of financial globalization, many foreign banks have accelerated the scale and speed of its development in China, and many small-scale banks are also rising. The size of China Construction Bank is at the forefront of the banking industry. The company has a large number of customer base and good reputation. In this international situation, the Republic of China is also actively engaged in the fierce competition of the world's financial integration. In the present situation, how to strengthen the social status of the society and to guarantee its strong development momentum is an urgent problem. In all the banking business, the business is a business which has an impact on the business of the bank, so this paper makes a research on the competition strategy and the strategic guarantee of the public business of the bank. The content of this paper is to carry out the strategic separation of the public business in Qingdao area. In this paper, this paper focuses on the organization structure, human resource, performance evaluation, marketing method and marketing idea of the company. On the basis of in-depth investigation of the competition strategy of public business, this paper analyzes the reasonable competition strategy of the company, and puts forward its strategy of competition strategy and its strategic security. First of all, this paper studies the connotation of the competition strategy, and analyzes the real basis of the competition strategy. In this paper, the five-force model, the PEST analysis and the SWOT analysis of Michael Porter are introduced in this paper. The five-force model is mainly used to analyze the five forces of the banking on the public business market. The external political and legal environment, the economic environment, the social and cultural environment and the technical ring of the Qingdao area of China Construction Bank are mainly analyzed by the PEST analysis method. The SWOT analysis method analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the competition strategy in the Qingdao area of China Construction Bank, and puts forward the strategy group. The paper also analyzes the performance management, the culture of human resources and the enterprise culture. In this paper, the comparative analysis of the business of ICBC, the Agricultural Bank of China and the Bank of China and the Bank of China on the comparative analysis of the same industry has been selected, and the development of the competition strategy has been obtained. On this basis, the war on the public business in Qingdao area is analyzed in detail. In the end, the paper puts forward a phase on how to optimize the public business from both internal and external aspects
