南昌A銀行社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展策略研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the banking system structure of our country is not reasonable, the proportion of large commercial banks is too high, and the proportion of small commercial banks is too low, which is bound to have an impact on the healthy operation of the banking industry. Community banks emerge as the times require and become the right choice to promote economic stability and coordinate social development. Because of the different levels of economic development in different provinces and cities in China, the development of community banks needs to draw up the development strategy according to local conditions on the basis of drawing lessons from the construction experience of western community banks in order to better serve the regional economy. This paper takes the community bank of Bank A as the specific object of the study, further discusses the specific needs of the community bank in the process of development, and provides more powerful suggestions for the development of the bank. This paper reviews the specific theoretical results of scholars in community banks, and puts forward five basic characteristics of community banks themselves. At the same time, it will further explain the two most basic theories of community banks, namely, the theory of financial symbiosis and the theory of property right system. This paper analyzes the development process of community banks in other developed countries, and provides experience and lessons for community banks in our country. A bank has three internal advantages in the development process of community banks: first, it has relatively high quality customer groups. The second is to have a good brand advantage, the third is to have a certain business advantage; However, there are also some internal disadvantages: for example, the operation and management of community banks is not hot, the level of service positioning is low and so on. According to the problems encountered by the community bank of Bank A in the process of development, this paper analyzes and summarizes the following development strategies: one is to establish the competitive advantage of the brand, the other is to build a rich and diverse product and service system, and the third is to innovate the development model of the bank. The fourth is to train high-quality talents of community banks.
