【摘要】：城市作為人類生存的空間，社會進(jìn)步的搖籃，是一個(gè)國家方方面面發(fā)展的重要載體。沒有城市的發(fā)展，亦不會產(chǎn)生現(xiàn)代文明；沒有基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)施的完善，，亦不會迎來國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛。發(fā)達(dá)資本主義各國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們：一國只有進(jìn)行大規(guī)模的城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)來推動其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的腳步，才有可能盡早地實(shí)現(xiàn)其經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛，北京也不例外。本文立足于我國首都北京基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)融資情況的現(xiàn)狀，首先將介紹文章研究的背景意義等內(nèi)容，接著對城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施融資及其相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行簡單闡述；然后從地方層面入手，深入分析北京市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和融資的現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)而對北京基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)融資情況和我國其他直轄市進(jìn)行對比研究，得出北京市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)融資存在的問題，最后在對國外基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)模式進(jìn)行簡要分析的基礎(chǔ)上力圖得到對北京市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)融資的啟示，并提出完善北京基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)融資的建議措施，從而為北京市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)融資的實(shí)踐提供一定的有益參考。
[Abstract]:City, as the space of human existence and the cradle of social progress, is an important carrier of all aspects of the development of a country. Without the development of the city, there will be no modern civilization, and without the improvement of infrastructure, the national economy will not take off. The experience of economic development in developed capitalist countries tells us that only by carrying out large-scale urban infrastructure construction to promote its economic development can a country realize its economic take-off as soon as possible. Beijing is no exception. Based on the present situation of infrastructure construction financing in Beijing, this paper will first introduce the background significance of the research, and then briefly explain the urban infrastructure financing and its related theories. Then, starting from the local level, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of infrastructure construction and financing in Beijing, and then makes a comparative study on the financing situation of infrastructure construction in Beijing and other municipalities directly under the Central Government in China. Finally, on the basis of a brief analysis of foreign infrastructure construction mode, we try to get the enlightenment to Beijing infrastructure construction financing. The paper also puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the financing of infrastructure construction in Beijing, so as to provide some useful reference for the practice of infrastructure construction financing in Beijing.
