【摘要】：民營銀行設(shè)立已成為當(dāng)前我國經(jīng)濟界的熱門話題,許多學(xué)者把民營銀行的設(shè)立看作是解決中小企業(yè)融資難的重要途徑。不少上市公司或其大股東正積極申請或有計劃申請籌辦民營銀行,但在目前許多情況復(fù)雜多變、相關(guān)政策尚未明朗、法律條件尚未充分改善、市場環(huán)境還沒有向民營資本傾斜、銀行間難言公平競爭的情況下,民營銀行發(fā)展之路仍任重而道遠。本文分析了民營銀行的理論內(nèi)涵及現(xiàn)實問題,并深度剖析了產(chǎn)生問題的原因,進而提出了民營銀行的發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:The establishment of private banks has become a hot topic in the economic circles of our country. Many scholars regard the establishment of private banks as an important way to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. Many listed companies or their major shareholders are actively applying or have plans to apply for the preparation of private banks, but at present, many situations are complex and changeable, the relevant policies are not clear, the legal conditions have not been fully improved, and the market environment has not been tilted towards private capital. Under the condition of fair competition among banks, the development of private banks still has a long way to go. This paper analyzes the theoretical connotation and practical problems of the private banks, and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems, and then puts forward the development path of the private banks.
