商業(yè)FDI對(duì)本土制造業(yè):溢出還是擠出——基于中國(guó)省級(jí)面板數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】：本文利用我國(guó)29個(gè)省市2003-2008年的面板數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證研究了商業(yè)FDI對(duì)我國(guó)本土制造業(yè)的影響。在對(duì)外資商業(yè)影響本土制造業(yè)的路徑進(jìn)行理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了兩類指標(biāo)反映外資商業(yè)的不同影響渠道,并按地區(qū)類別進(jìn)行分組檢驗(yàn),考察了本土企業(yè)的吸收能力和內(nèi)資企業(yè)的技術(shù)差距對(duì)溢出效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,外資商業(yè)對(duì)我國(guó)本土制造業(yè)的影響具有明顯的地區(qū)差異,通過(guò)對(duì)本土商業(yè)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)示范效應(yīng)促進(jìn)了東、中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)西部地區(qū)當(dāng)?shù)刂圃鞓I(yè)發(fā)展的影響則主要是通過(guò)人員流動(dòng)效應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的;實(shí)證結(jié)果還表明,企業(yè)的吸收能力越強(qiáng),技術(shù)差距越小,越有利于外資商業(yè)正向作用的發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:This paper uses the panel data of 29 provinces and cities in China from 2003 to 2008 to study the effect of the commercial FDI on the local manufacturing industry in China. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the path of the domestic manufacturing industry of the foreign-funded business, the two kinds of indicators are constructed to reflect the different influence channels of the foreign-funded business, and the grouping test is carried out according to the regional category. The influence of the absorptive capacity of the local enterprises and the technological gap of the domestic enterprises on the overflow effect is investigated. The result shows that the influence of foreign trade on the local manufacturing industry of our country has obvious regional difference, and the development of the manufacturing industry in the east and the middle is promoted through the competition model effect on the local commercial enterprises. The effect of the development of local manufacturing in the western region is mainly realized through the flow effect of the personnel; the empirical results also show that the stronger the absorptive capacity of the enterprise, the smaller the technical gap, and the more beneficial to the positive role of the foreign trade.
