【摘要】：金融日益成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心力量。農(nóng)業(yè)金融資源的合理化配置將促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展較慢的主要原因是農(nóng)業(yè)金融資源的配置效率低,農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展沒(méi)有充足的資金及服務(wù)支持。提高農(nóng)業(yè)金融資源配置效率,對(duì)促進(jìn)吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村具有重要的意義。 本文分為六部分,第一部分闡述了研究背景、目的及意義,并歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本文的研究思路及方法。第二部分介紹農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化金融資源配置的相關(guān)概念與理論。第三部分對(duì)國(guó)外農(nóng)業(yè)金融資源配置經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了比較分析并總結(jié)了對(duì)吉林省的啟示。第四部分介紹了吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)金融資源配置現(xiàn)狀。第五部分基于1991-2010吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)金融資源及農(nóng)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建線性回歸模型,運(yùn)用最小二乘估計(jì)分析不同農(nóng)業(yè)金融資源對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的貢獻(xiàn)程度。第六部分分析了吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)金融資源低效配置的原因。第七部分提出提高吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中金融資源配效率的對(duì)策：充分發(fā)揮各類金融資源配置主體的配置功能；完善金融資源配置機(jī)制；改善金融資源配置的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Finance has increasingly become the core force of modern economic development. The rational allocation of agricultural financial resources will promote the rapid development of rural economy. The main reason for the slow development of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province is the low allocation efficiency of agricultural financial resources and the lack of adequate funds and service support for agricultural development. It is of great significance to improve the allocation efficiency of agricultural financial resources to promote the development of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province and to build a new socialist countryside. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part describes the research background, purpose and significance, and summarizes the current situation of research at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and methods. The second part introduces the related concepts and theories of agricultural modernization financial resources allocation. The third part makes a comparative analysis of foreign agricultural financial resources allocation experience and summarizes the enlightenment to Jilin Province. The fourth part introduces the present situation of agricultural financial resources allocation in Jilin Province. In the fifth part, based on the data of agricultural financial resources and agricultural output value of Jilin Province from 1991 to 2010, a linear regression model is constructed, and the contribution of different agricultural financial resources to agricultural modernization is analyzed by least square estimation. The sixth part analyzes the reasons for the inefficient allocation of agricultural financial resources in Jilin Province. The seventh part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of financial resource allocation in the course of agricultural modernization in Jilin province: to give full play to the allocation function of all kinds of financial resources, to perfect the mechanism of financial resource allocation, and to improve the financial ecological environment of financial resource allocation.
