【摘要】：隨著21世紀(jì)的到來(lái)，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化得到了不斷深化，同時(shí)貿(mào)易投資自由化也推動(dòng)了它的發(fā)展，國(guó)際資本逐漸成為了世界各國(guó)發(fā)展的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)資源，因此各國(guó)的政府也開(kāi)始采取各種政策，吸引外資。對(duì)于老撾也是如此，為了推動(dòng)老撾的對(duì)外開(kāi)放，以及加快市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，，吸收對(duì)外直接投資是重要的手段之一，這也是老撾在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)的影響下，作為積極參與國(guó)際合作的措施之一。 近年來(lái)，中國(guó)和老撾之間的友好關(guān)系一直穩(wěn)步快速發(fā)展。兩個(gè)國(guó)家不僅是鄰邦，而且是經(jīng)貿(mào)合作中的密切伙伴。因此，中國(guó)對(duì)于老撾的投資也發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用，這使得老撾希望可以進(jìn)一步加大引資力度，吸引中國(guó)企業(yè)到老撾進(jìn)行直接投資。 本文從國(guó)與國(guó)之間的角度進(jìn)行分析，對(duì)中老兩國(guó)之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究與分析。通過(guò)研究老撾的投資環(huán)境、老撾吸引中國(guó)投資的動(dòng)因，并通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)在老撾直接投資的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析，從而對(duì)中企選擇在老撾進(jìn)行投資的優(yōu)勢(shì)、其進(jìn)入老撾投資的主要行業(yè)，以及投資情況和發(fā)展的前景進(jìn)行了研究與分析，同時(shí)也指出了中企投資老撾時(shí)需要注意的一些問(wèn)題。 通過(guò)本文的研究，希望可以使中老國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究者，有關(guān)部門和企業(yè)，尤其是中國(guó)企業(yè)將更好地了解老撾的投資環(huán)境、在老撾的投資現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，對(duì)更多的中企投資老撾起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用，在互利互惠的基礎(chǔ)上促進(jìn)中國(guó)企業(yè)到老撾的投資，從而推動(dòng)老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the 21st century, economic globalization has been deepened, and the liberalization of trade and investment has promoted its development. International capital has gradually become an important economic resource for the development of all countries in the world. Therefore, the governments of various countries also began to adopt various policies to attract foreign investment. The same is true of Laos. In order to promote Laos's opening to the outside world and to speed up the construction of a market economy, absorbing foreign direct investment is one of the important means. This is also the influence of the trend of economic globalization in Laos. As an active participation in international cooperation measures. In recent years, friendly relations between China and Laos have been developing steadily and rapidly. The two countries are not only neighbors, but also close partners in economic and trade cooperation. Therefore, China's investment in Laos is also playing an increasingly important role, which makes Laos hope to further increase the efforts to attract Chinese enterprises to Laos for direct investment. This paper analyzes the economic and trade cooperation between China and Laos from the point of view of state. By studying the investment environment in Laos, the motivation for Laos to attract Chinese investment, and an example analysis of the current situation of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Laos, the advantages of Chinese enterprises choosing to invest in Laos are analyzed. This paper studies and analyzes the main industries of its investment in Laos, the investment situation and the prospect of its development. At the same time, it also points out some problems that should be paid attention to when Chinese enterprises invest in Laos. Through the study of this paper, we hope that researchers, relevant departments and enterprises, especially Chinese enterprises, will better understand the investment environment, the present investment situation and the development trend of Laos. It will play a guiding role for more Chinese enterprises to invest in Laos and promote the investment of Chinese enterprises in Laos on the basis of mutual benefit so as to promote the further development of the Lao economy.
