日本創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場發(fā)展動態(tài)與特色分析——以JASDAQ為例

【摘要】：2010年日本創(chuàng)業(yè)板的重大事件莫過于大阪證券交易所對JASDAQ市場的完全整合。大阪證券交易所在重整市場之后決心要樹立新興市場的信譽,建立一個全新的具有無限魅力的創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場。截至2010年12月底,合并后的新JASDAQ市場有1001家上市企業(yè),總市值達到98,279億日元,已經(jīng)超越了韓國KOSDAQ和中國深圳創(chuàng)業(yè)板。新JASDAQ本著相互信任、創(chuàng)新、國際化的原則向新興產(chǎn)業(yè)和各中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供資金支持,目前已經(jīng)成為日本國內(nèi)最大的風險投資企業(yè)融資場所。
[Abstract]:In 2010, Japan's gem event is nothing more than Osaka Stock Exchange on the full integration of the JASDAQ market. After restructuring the market, the Osaka Stock Exchange is determined to build up the credibility of emerging markets and create a brand new gem market with unlimited charm. By the end of December 2010, the combined new JASDAQ market had 1001 listed companies with a combined market capitalization of 9.8279 trillion yen, surpassing South Korea's KOSDAQ and Shenzhen's gem. Based on the principles of mutual trust, innovation and internationalization, the new JASDAQ provides financial support to the development of emerging industries and small and medium-sized enterprises. At present, it has become the largest venture capital financing place in Japan.
