【摘要】：從十幾年前的國有金融機(jī)構(gòu)的大規(guī)模撤離,到如今各種新型農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)的風(fēng)起云涌以及大型商業(yè)銀行對縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)及縣域金融的重新重視,這一"撤"到一"進(jìn)",反映的不僅是機(jī)構(gòu)布局的變化,更多的是對縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)、縣域金融生態(tài)環(huán)境良好發(fā)展的期待。但是機(jī)構(gòu)的進(jìn)入并不意味著服務(wù)的必然增強(qiáng),很多商業(yè)銀行還抱著"先圈地"的態(tài)度,服務(wù)并沒有下沉。對于金融機(jī)構(gòu)來說,重返縣域不只是增添多少個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的問題,如何真正做好服務(wù)的下沉才是關(guān)鍵。本期一線話題邀請人民銀行宜興市支行行長黃亞偉、人民銀行雙流縣支行行長程瑜、北京大學(xué)中國金融研究中心秘書長王曙光、中國社科院農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究所馮興元教授就當(dāng)前金融機(jī)構(gòu)重返縣域現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分析和點(diǎn)評。
[Abstract]:From the large-scale withdrawal of state-owned financial institutions more than a decade ago to the upsurge of various new types of rural financial institutions and the renewed importance that large commercial banks attach to the county economy and county finance, this "withdrawal" to "advance" It reflects not only the change of organization layout, but also the expectation of good development of county economy and county financial ecological environment. However, the entry of institutions does not mean the inevitable enhancement of services. Many commercial banks still hold the attitude of "land first", and the service does not sink. For financial institutions, returning to the county is not just a matter of how many institutions are added. In this issue, we invite Huang Yawei, governor of the Yixing Branch of the people's Bank of China; Cheng Yu, president of the Shuangliu County Branch of the people's Bank of China; Wang Shuguang, secretary general of the China Financial Research Center of Peking University. Professor Feng Xingyuan, Institute of Rural Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, analyzes and comments on the return of financial institutions to the county.
