【摘要】：金融創(chuàng)新的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,對于改善科技產(chǎn)業(yè)金融環(huán)境、拓寬科技型企業(yè)資金來源、完善科技金融服務(wù)體系有重大意義。本文以W市為例,調(diào)查了解科技金融創(chuàng)新發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,以宏觀分析與微觀分析相結(jié)合的方式,采取實證分析、對比分析等方法,提出問題、分析問題,并尋求促進科技金融創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)發(fā)展的建議。 本文首先從宏觀層面著手,闡述金融創(chuàng)新的歷史背景以及金融創(chuàng)新對加速科技產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重大意義。然后,轉(zhuǎn)入微觀層面,采取案例分析的方法,介紹W市科技金融創(chuàng)新實踐與發(fā)展情況,通過對金融產(chǎn)品、金融服務(wù)方式、金融市場等方面的創(chuàng)新,梳理總結(jié)出W市科技金融創(chuàng)新的整體運行狀況。接著,結(jié)合W市科技金融創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展實際,分析金融創(chuàng)新在促進科技產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在的制約因素,并對制約因素產(chǎn)生的根本原因進行全面的梳理。最后,提出促進金融創(chuàng)新支持科技產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The sustainable and healthy development of financial innovation is of great significance for improving the financial environment of science and technology industry, broadening the sources of funds for science and technology enterprises, and perfecting the system of science and technology finance service. Taking W City as an example, this paper investigates the present situation and existing problems of the development of science and technology finance innovation, combines macro analysis with micro analysis, and adopts the methods of empirical analysis and comparative analysis to put forward problems and analyze problems. And seeks to promote the science and technology finance innovation sustainable development suggestion. In this paper, the historical background of financial innovation and the significance of financial innovation in accelerating the development of science and technology industry are expounded. Then, turning to the micro level, adopting the method of case analysis, introducing the practice and development of science and technology finance innovation in W city, through the innovation of financial products, financial service mode, financial market, etc. Combing and summing up the W City science and technology financial innovation of the overall operating situation. Then, combining with the development practice of technological financial innovation in W city, this paper analyzes the restrictive factors existing in the process of promoting the development of science and technology industry, and comprehensively combs the root causes of the restricting factors in the process of promoting the development of science and technology industry. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote financial innovation to support the sustainable development of science and technology industry.
