【摘要】：正 作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),房地產(chǎn)業(yè)和城鄉(xiāng)居民的生活息息相關(guān),具有較強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,作為一個(gè)具有高額利潤(rùn)回報(bào)率的產(chǎn)業(yè),我國(guó)的房地產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為外商投資的重點(diǎn)。由于房地產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn)和區(qū)域性限制,對(duì)于境外資本流入對(duì)我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的影響應(yīng)給予足夠的重視,并采取相應(yīng)的政策措施。一、外資流入中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀分析(一)外資流入中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)因分析1.良好的投資環(huán)境和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)因素。近十年來(lái),我國(guó)GDP保持持續(xù)高速的增長(zhǎng),2009年國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值現(xiàn)價(jià)總量為340507億元,增速9.1%。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our national economy, the real estate industry is closely related to the life of urban and rural residents. With the development of economic globalization, as an industry with high profit rate, the real estate industry has become the focus of foreign investment. Due to the characteristics and regional restrictions of the real estate industry, we should pay enough attention to the influence of the capital inflow from abroad on the real estate industry of our country, and take corresponding policy measures. First, the analysis of the current situation of the inflow of foreign capital into China's real estate market (1) the reasons for the inflow of foreign capital into China's real estate market 1. Good investment environment and macroeconomic factors. In the past ten years, China's GDP has maintained a sustained and rapid growth, with the gross domestic product (GDP) currently valued at 34.0507 trillion yuan in 2009, with a growth rate of 9.1 yuan.
