【摘要】：“三個辦法一個指引”的出臺確立了本文的研究背景,換言之,確立了項目貸款風(fēng)險評估的改變,為其從更多實踐中總結(jié)更多更新的理論貢獻(xiàn)了必要性。項目貸款授信評價是項目貸款風(fēng)險管理過程中一個相當(dāng)關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)。通過對項目本身提煉關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險控制點(diǎn),并對關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險控制點(diǎn)作出事件描述,通過AHP確定權(quán)重,專家打分,進(jìn)而確定風(fēng)險等級；給予貸款發(fā)放的額度、方式以及還款方式作出決策參考。本文的研究重點(diǎn)著眼于現(xiàn)存的整個項目貸款授信評價中的一個部分即是關(guān)于管理層的授信評價方面。引入勝任力——“冰山模型”對其進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀問題的分析、對其修善,并最終引進(jìn)羞愧理論對授信評價體系的隱藏信息指標(biāo)豐富,建立新的管理層授信評價指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)而對新的體系進(jìn)行了驗證。本文首先從項目貸款新規(guī)出臺后對銀行業(yè)貸款機(jī)構(gòu)的貸款管理的影響入手,接著介紹了一些相關(guān)理論,如勝任力“冰山模型”,項目授信評價模型；通過對授信評價模型里頭的既有的管理層授信評價指標(biāo)的修善,引入勝任力相關(guān)理論,使得勝任力理論下的管理層授信評價指標(biāo)體系為現(xiàn)實的項目貸款授信評價服務(wù)；最后通過一個現(xiàn)實的案例為實證,運(yùn)用新的基于勝任力的管理層授信評價模型進(jìn)行了管理層授信評價工作,結(jié)果證明修善的管理層授信評價模型科學(xué)實用。
[Abstract]:The introduction of "three methods and one Guide" establishes the research background of this paper, in other words, it establishes the change of project loan risk assessment, which contributes to the necessity of summing up more updated theories from more practice. Project loan credit evaluation is a key link in the process of project loan risk management. By refining the key risk control points of the project itself and making an event description of the key risk control points, the weight of the key risk control points is determined by AHP, and the expert scores, and then the risk grade is determined. Make decision-making reference to the amount, method and repayment method of the loan. This paper focuses on the existing project loan credit evaluation of a part is about the management of credit evaluation. The competency "iceberg model" is introduced to analyze the current situation of the system, and to improve it. Finally, the hidden information index of the credit evaluation system is rich in the shame theory, and a new management credit evaluation index system is established. Furthermore, the new system is verified. This paper begins with the impact of the new project loan rules on the loan management of the banking lending institutions, and then introduces some relevant theories, such as the competency "iceberg model", the project credit evaluation model; Through the improvement of the existing management credit evaluation index in the credit evaluation model, the competency theory is introduced to make the management credit evaluation index system under competency theory serve the project loan credit evaluation. Finally, through a practical case, this paper uses a new competency based management credit evaluation model to evaluate the management credit. The results show that the improved management credit evaluation model is scientific and practical.
