【摘要】：由美國次貸危機(jī)引發(fā)的全球經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)給世界經(jīng)濟(jì)造成了巨大的負(fù)面沖擊。時至今日，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)仍在復(fù)蘇的道路上步履蹣跚。但是，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的趨勢并沒有因為這次經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)而扭轉(zhuǎn)，反而在危機(jī)后得到進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。我國在加入世界貿(mào)易組織之后也進(jìn)一步加速經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)聯(lián)性日益增強(qiáng)，國際化程度不斷加深。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)國際化程度的提高，人民幣國際化進(jìn)程也自然而然地提上了議程。目前，人民幣已經(jīng)開始逐步有序地周邊化和區(qū)域化，在與我國周邊國家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。對人民幣國際化進(jìn)程的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行分析，不僅可以豐富相關(guān)的理論研究，而且對平穩(wěn)有序推進(jìn)人民幣國際化進(jìn)程有著重要的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文主要對人民幣國際化的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了研究，主要采用的研究方法包括規(guī)范分析法和實證分析法、經(jīng)驗總結(jié)法和比較分析法。首先，本文對貨幣國際化的內(nèi)涵、風(fēng)險相關(guān)的理論研究及應(yīng)對方法進(jìn)行了簡要評介，對人民幣國際化風(fēng)險的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述。其次，結(jié)合目前人民幣國際化的現(xiàn)狀，系統(tǒng)歸納分析了人民幣國際化已經(jīng)或可能面臨的風(fēng)險因素。再次，本文梳理分析了美元、歐元、日元、泰銖和俄羅斯盧布等國家貨幣的國際化歷程及風(fēng)險應(yīng)對，分別總結(jié)了各自應(yīng)對風(fēng)險的主要做法，進(jìn)而總結(jié)出對人民幣國際化風(fēng)險應(yīng)對有借鑒意義的啟示。最后，基于前文對人民幣國際化的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)的分析，以及對其它貨幣國際化的經(jīng)驗借鑒，針對人民幣國際化面臨的不同風(fēng)險，提出了應(yīng)對人民幣國際化風(fēng)險的針對性對策，，以期對我國人民幣國際化的風(fēng)險應(yīng)對提供有益的理論和實踐借鑒。
[Abstract]:The global economic crisis caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has caused a huge negative impact on the world economy. Today, the world economy is still stumbling along the road to recovery. However, the trend of economic globalization has not been reversed by the economic crisis, but has been further developed after the crisis. After joining WTO, our country also accelerates the economic globalization further. The relationship between our economy and the global economy is increasing day by day, and the degree of internationalization is deepening. With the improvement of China's economic internationalization, the process of RMB internationalization has naturally been put on the agenda. At present, the RMB has gradually begun to circumscribe and regionalize in an orderly manner, which plays an increasingly important role in economic and trade exchanges with our neighboring countries and regions. The risk analysis of RMB internationalization process can not only enrich the relevant theoretical research, but also have an important guiding significance for the smooth and orderly promotion of RMB internationalization process. This paper mainly studies the risk of RMB internationalization, including normative analysis and empirical analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis. First of all, this paper briefly reviews the connotation of currency internationalization, risk related theoretical research and countermeasures, and summarizes the current research situation of RMB internationalization risk at home and abroad. Secondly, combined with the current situation of RMB internationalization, this paper systematically analyzes the risk factors that RMB internationalization has or may face. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the internationalization course and risk response of the currencies of US dollar, euro, yen, Thai baht and Russian rouble, and summarizes the main ways to deal with the risk respectively. Then summed up the RMB internationalization risk response has reference significance enlightenment. Finally, based on the previous analysis of the theoretical and practical basis of RMB internationalization, as well as the experience of other currencies internationalization, aiming at the different risks faced by RMB internationalization, This paper puts forward countermeasures to deal with the risk of RMB internationalization in order to provide useful theoretical and practical reference for the risk response of RMB internationalization in China.
