【摘要】：本文對我國縣域不良貸款問題分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),我國縣域不良貸款比例較大,盡管金融資源在經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)與經(jīng)濟不發(fā)達地區(qū)分布存在顯著差異,但縣域不良貸款問題在各地區(qū)都普遍存在。本文在成因分析基礎(chǔ)上,認為可通過采用持續(xù)激勵法對縣域客戶進行信用激勵、推廣同組組合的貸款模式、以"貸款保障基金"完善抵押品保證機制、推行小額貸款還款模式及完善農(nóng)業(yè)巨災保險機制、間接預防信貸風險等方式來解決我國縣域不良貸款問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the problem of non-performing loans in counties of China, this paper finds that the proportion of non-performing loans in counties is large, although there are significant differences in the distribution of financial resources between economically developed regions and economically underdeveloped regions. But the problem of non-performing loans at county level is widespread in all regions. Based on the analysis of the causes, this paper holds that the credit incentive method can be used to encourage the county customers, to promote the loan model of the same group, and to perfect the collateral guarantee mechanism by "loan guarantee fund". In order to solve the problem of non-performing loans in counties, we should carry out the repayment mode of small loans, perfect the mechanism of agricultural catastrophe insurance, and indirectly prevent the credit risk.
