【摘要】：近年來,跨境人民幣在國際結(jié)算和國際交易領(lǐng)域里的地位突飛猛進,但在國際儲備地位的上升卻不明顯,出現(xiàn)了跨境人民幣職能發(fā)展上的不完全性。如果人民幣在境外不能長期地、有效地被持有和占用,或被儲藏(儲備),就有相當部分在國際上游弋,形成了對我國經(jīng)濟金融抗干擾、抗風險能力的嚴峻考驗,使我國極易處于潛在金融不穩(wěn)定或高風險的狀態(tài)下,即形成一種跨境人民幣職能不完全的脆弱性。如何防御跨境人民幣職能不完全的脆弱性的積累,給我國經(jīng)濟金融帶來不穩(wěn)定或高風險則是本文嘗試解決的問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the status of cross-border RMB in the field of international settlement and international trading has been advancing by leaps and bounds, but the rise in the status of international reserve is not obvious, resulting in the incomplete development of cross-border RMB functions. If the RMB cannot be held and occupied, or stored (in reserve) for a long time abroad, a considerable part of the RMB will be cruising around the world, creating a severe test of China's economic and financial interference and its ability to resist risks. China is extremely vulnerable to potential financial instability or high risk, that is to say, it forms a kind of incomplete fragility of cross-border RMB function. How to prevent the accumulation of the incomplete fragility of cross-border RMB and bring instability or high risk to the economy and finance of our country is the problem that this paper tries to solve.
