【摘要】：國(guó)際賬戶分析表明,中國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放存在較為嚴(yán)重的效益低下問(wèn)題,直接原因是對(duì)外資產(chǎn)負(fù)債結(jié)構(gòu)扭曲,深層次原因在于對(duì)外開(kāi)放方式和路徑選擇,在新的國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下傳統(tǒng)對(duì)外開(kāi)放模式亟須轉(zhuǎn)變,以完成在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)分工中由儲(chǔ)蓄者和存款者向投資者和銀行家的角色轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:The analysis of international accounts shows that China's opening to the outside world has a serious problem of low efficiency. The direct cause is the distortion of the structure of foreign assets and liabilities, and the deep reason lies in the way and path of opening to the outside world. In the new domestic and international economic environment, the traditional mode of opening to the outside world needs to be changed so as to change the role of savers and depositors to investors and bankers in the global economic division.
