興業(yè)銀行武漢中北支行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著金融國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)和國(guó)內(nèi)金融服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的不斷壯大,受到提高銀行產(chǎn)品收益水平和增強(qiáng)金融市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的內(nèi)在驅(qū)使,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行目前正面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。本文正是基于銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)紛紛創(chuàng)新的大背景下,以興業(yè)銀行武漢中北支行為研究對(duì)象,探討該支行以后的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題,這對(duì)于提升該支行的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力有著非常重大的意義。 在20世紀(jì)90年代之后,在迅猛發(fā)展的高科技的推動(dòng)和支持下,各銀行不斷增加服務(wù)品種,不斷拓寬服務(wù)渠道,再加上全面開放國(guó)內(nèi)銀行業(yè)政策的出臺(tái),外資銀行也在中國(guó)紛紛進(jìn)行了大規(guī)模地?cái)U(kuò)張,這都對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行構(gòu)成了直接的威脅。在國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行和外資銀行的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)下如何生存下去,進(jìn)一步地發(fā)展壯大,是目前股份制商業(yè)銀行亟待解決的重大課題。本文首先就介紹了研究背景與意義,然后利用PEST方法分析了支行所處的外部環(huán)境,進(jìn)而又從支行總體狀況、人力資源狀況、產(chǎn)品狀況和財(cái)務(wù)狀況四個(gè)角度分析了支行所處的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,之后結(jié)合支行所處的內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部環(huán)境對(duì)其進(jìn)行了SWOT分析和戰(zhàn)略匹配與選擇,提出該支行的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)以及基本戰(zhàn)略:主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求在個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)、公司業(yè)務(wù)和中間業(yè)務(wù)上不斷地改革創(chuàng)新;業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略要求圍繞客戶和效益兩個(gè)方面努力提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;人力資源戰(zhàn)略要求努力做好人才的培養(yǎng)與挖掘;公司品牌戰(zhàn)略要求加強(qiáng)公司的宣傳和品牌形象的構(gòu)建工作;公司文化戰(zhàn)略要求努力構(gòu)造獨(dú)具特色的和諧企業(yè)文化;科技信息戰(zhàn)略要求有效利用高科技技術(shù)大力推廣產(chǎn)品;風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范戰(zhàn)略要求要加強(qiáng)資本約束的機(jī)制和業(yè)務(wù)行為的規(guī)范,最后對(duì)本文的研究做了簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié),然后提出本文研究的不足之處,,最后對(duì)未來進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of financial internationalization and the growing of domestic financial service market, the commercial banks of our country are faced with great challenges, which are driven by the improvement of the level of bank product returns and the enhancement of the competitiveness of the financial market. Based on the background of bank network innovation, this paper discusses the development strategy of SocGen Bank of Wuhan Central North Branch, which is of great significance to enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of the branch. After the 1990s, with the impetus and support of the rapid development of high technology, banks continued to increase the variety of services and expand service channels, in addition to the comprehensive opening of the domestic banking policy. Foreign banks have also expanded in China, which poses a direct threat to domestic commercial banks. How to survive and develop further under the situation of fierce competition between state-owned commercial banks and foreign banks is an important task to be solved urgently in joint-stock commercial banks. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, then uses PEST method to analyze the external environment of the branch, and then from the general situation of the branch, the human resources situation, This paper analyzes the internal environment of the branch from four angles of product status and financial situation, and then carries out SWOT analysis and strategic matching and selection according to the internal environment and external environment of the branch. This paper puts forward the strategic goal and basic strategy of the sub-bank: the main business development strategy requires continuous reform and innovation in personal business, company business and intermediate business; Business marketing strategy requires efforts to enhance core competitiveness around customers and benefits; human resources strategy requires efforts to cultivate and excavate talents; brand strategy requires strengthening the company's publicity and brand image construction; The corporate culture strategy requires the construction of a unique harmonious corporate culture, the scientific and technological information strategy requires the effective use of high-tech technology to vigorously promote products; The strategy of risk prevention requires strengthening the mechanism of capital constraint and the regulation of business behavior. Finally, this paper makes a brief summary of the research in this paper, then puts forward the deficiencies of this study, and finally looks forward to the future.
