【摘要】：2008年國際金融危機過后，國際經(jīng)濟政治的秩序發(fā)生了較大變化，不穩(wěn)定因素增多。在這樣的環(huán)境下，中國作為一個迅速崛起中的經(jīng)濟大國受到國際社會越來越多的關(guān)注，而作為對外經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系重要杠桿的人民幣匯率和人民幣匯率制度也受到了極大關(guān)注。在國際社會上，以美國為代表的發(fā)達國家頻頻指責(zé)人民幣匯率和匯率制度，對人民幣升值施加壓力。除了外部施加的壓力外，當(dāng)前人民幣匯率制度還面臨著外匯儲備規(guī)模大，國際貨幣體系的變化，國際游資的影響，人民幣匯率彈性不足等問題。總體來說，金融危機帶來的國際國內(nèi)的環(huán)境變化，人民幣匯率及人民幣匯率制度都受到了較大的影響。為了維護國家利益，為中國經(jīng)濟健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，人民幣匯率及其匯率制度影響應(yīng)得到充分的研究和探討，以尋找更適合中國現(xiàn)階段國情的匯率制度。本文在已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合現(xiàn)時代國內(nèi)外環(huán)境的特點，對人民幣匯率制度進行了研究，以期為人民幣匯率制度的改革提供依據(jù)。 本文第一章為緒論部分，主要介紹選題的背景和意義、國內(nèi)外文獻綜述以及研究的思路及方法。第二章主要闡述了匯率及匯率制度的基本概念、匯率制度選擇的經(jīng)典理論，簡要介紹了匯率制度的分類。第三章，匯率制度的現(xiàn)實選擇，主要闡述了匯率制度選擇特征，隨后研究了當(dāng)前全球匯率制度選擇的整體情況及趨勢，然后對我國人民幣匯率制度進行了詳細(xì)回顧，以期了解人民幣匯率制度的來龍去脈，，把握人民幣匯率制度改革大體方向。第四章主要分析了在后金融危機時代下，人民幣匯率制度所面臨的一些急需解決的問題，以期為后面改革做好準(zhǔn)備。第五章為人民幣匯率制度改革的建議，是本文的重要部分。在分析了當(dāng)前的環(huán)境和人民幣匯率制度存在的問題基礎(chǔ)上，為了適應(yīng)時代要求和維護本國利益，人民幣匯率制度應(yīng)作出調(diào)整：包括優(yōu)化外匯儲備結(jié)構(gòu)，構(gòu)建防游資沖擊的防火墻，進一步提高匯率彈性的等等。第六章，主要探討了人民幣國際化這一熱點問題，主要分析了人民幣國際化的利與弊，以及當(dāng)前人民幣國際化的挑戰(zhàn)，然后結(jié)合主要國際貨幣化的經(jīng)驗，為人民幣國際化給出自己的建議。整體上，本文主要對人民幣匯率制度的改革及人民幣國際化進行了研究，對關(guān)系國家利益和人民幣匯率制度及人民幣國際化的未來發(fā)展，以已有的理論為基礎(chǔ)進行了探討，并提出了相應(yīng)的改革措施。
[Abstract]:After the international financial crisis in 2008, the order of international economy and politics has changed greatly, and the unstable factors have increased. In such an environment, China, as a rapidly rising economic power, has received more and more attention from the international community, and the RMB exchange rate and RMB exchange rate system, which is an important lever of foreign economic ties, has also received great attention. In the international community, the developed countries, represented by the United States, frequently criticized the RMB exchange rate and exchange rate regime, putting pressure on the appreciation of the RMB. In addition to the external pressure, the current RMB exchange rate regime is also faced with the large scale of foreign exchange reserves, the changes in the international monetary system, the impact of international hot capital, the lack of flexibility of RMB exchange rate, and so on. In general, the changes of international and domestic environment brought by the financial crisis, RMB exchange rate and RMB exchange rate system have been greatly affected. In order to safeguard the national interests and the healthy and stable development of China's economy, the RMB exchange rate and its influence on the exchange rate regime should be fully studied and discussed in order to find a more suitable exchange rate system for the current situation of China. Based on the existing research results and the characteristics of the current domestic and international environment, this paper studies the RMB exchange rate regime in order to provide the basis for the reform of the RMB exchange rate regime. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, literature review at home and abroad, as well as research ideas and methods. The second chapter mainly expounds the basic concepts of exchange rate and exchange rate regime, the classical theory of exchange rate regime selection, and briefly introduces the classification of exchange rate system. The third chapter, the realistic choice of the exchange rate regime, mainly expounds the characteristics of the choice of the exchange rate regime, then studies the overall situation and trend of the current global exchange rate regime, and then makes a detailed review of the RMB exchange rate regime in China. In order to understand the origin of RMB exchange rate system, grasp the general direction of RMB exchange rate system reform. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes some problems that the RMB exchange rate system faces in the post-financial crisis, in order to prepare for the later reform. The fifth chapter is the suggestion of RMB exchange rate system reform, which is an important part of this paper. Based on the analysis of the current environment and the problems existing in the RMB exchange rate system, in order to meet the requirements of the times and safeguard the national interests, the RMB exchange rate regime should be adjusted: including optimizing the structure of foreign exchange reserves. Build anti-floating capital impact firewall, further improve exchange rate flexibility and so on. The sixth chapter mainly discusses the hot issue of RMB internationalization, mainly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of RMB internationalization, as well as the current challenges of RMB internationalization, and then combines the experience of major international monetization. Give your own suggestions for RMB internationalization. On the whole, this paper mainly studies the reform of RMB exchange rate system and RMB internationalization, and discusses the future development of RMB exchange rate system and RMB internationalization, based on the existing theories. And put forward the corresponding reform measures.
