【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用DEA方法測(cè)算出我國(guó)東、中、西部三大區(qū)域的全要素生產(chǎn)率,并分解為純技術(shù)效率、技術(shù)變化和規(guī)模效率,以此作為技術(shù)進(jìn)步的代表量,分析各個(gè)區(qū)域外商直接投資的知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)及其對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)啬茉磸?qiáng)度的影響。得出的研究結(jié)論為:第一、東部地區(qū)外商直接投資的知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)體現(xiàn)在純技術(shù)效率上,中部地區(qū)體現(xiàn)在純技術(shù)效率和技術(shù)變化上,西部地區(qū)體現(xiàn)在技術(shù)變化上。第二,東部地區(qū)FDI的知識(shí)溢出對(duì)本地區(qū)能源強(qiáng)度的影響不顯著,中部地區(qū)FDI的知識(shí)溢出提高了本地區(qū)的能源強(qiáng)度,西部地區(qū)FDI的知識(shí)溢出能夠顯著降低能源強(qiáng)度。本文的政策含義是:東、中部地區(qū)應(yīng)該提高引進(jìn)外資的技術(shù)和能耗門檻,提高外商直接投資的知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng);西部地區(qū)要進(jìn)一步完善市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,創(chuàng)造良好的市場(chǎng)氛圍,吸引更多更好的FDI,并注重眼前利益和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益的平衡。
[Abstract]:This paper uses DEA method to calculate the total factor productivity in the east, middle and west regions of China, and decomposes it into pure technical efficiency, technological change and scale efficiency, which is regarded as the representative quantity of technological progress. This paper analyzes the knowledge spillover effect of foreign direct investment (FDI) in different regions and its influence on local energy intensity. The conclusions are as follows: first, the knowledge spillover effect of FDI in the eastern region is reflected in the pure technical efficiency, in the central region in the pure technological efficiency and in the technological change, and in the western region in the technological change. Secondly, the knowledge spillover of FDI in the eastern region has no significant effect on the energy intensity in this region. The knowledge spillover of FDI in the central region improves the energy intensity of the region, and the knowledge spillover of FDI in the western region can significantly reduce the energy intensity. The policy implication of this paper is as follows: in the east and central regions, the threshold of technology and energy consumption should be raised to increase the knowledge spillover effect of foreign direct investment; The western region should further improve the market economic system, create a good market atmosphere, attract more and better FDI, and pay attention to the balance between immediate and long-term interests.
