【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的不斷完善,銀行在經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中的作用不斷增強(qiáng),作為整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的核心環(huán)節(jié),銀行對(duì)于資金的有效配置對(duì)于整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展影響巨大。村鎮(zhèn)銀行作為一種新型的農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu),在促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與農(nóng)村各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的發(fā)展方面,發(fā)揮著重要的作用。 本文首先介紹了研究該銀行戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論,再簡(jiǎn)要分析了當(dāng)前民豐村鎮(zhèn)銀行的現(xiàn)狀。緊接著研究了民豐村鎮(zhèn)銀行所面臨的的外部環(huán)境,包括該銀行所面臨的國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、行業(yè)發(fā)展情況等,同時(shí)探討了民豐村鎮(zhèn)銀行現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況和它所擁有的內(nèi)部資源,找到其發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。依據(jù)相關(guān)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略理論,采用PEST分析法和五力模型分析等分析方法再對(duì)該銀行作進(jìn)一步分析。在這些分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合民豐村鎮(zhèn)銀行的使命、愿景,確定該銀行的戰(zhàn)略定位和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),再根據(jù)這些戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)制定出相關(guān)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,最后是戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。 本文立足于民豐村鎮(zhèn)銀行的日常經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合作者自身在該行的工作經(jīng)歷,對(duì)該行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出了具體可行的措施,研究?jī)?nèi)容新穎,對(duì)于民豐村鎮(zhèn)銀行的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展有著較強(qiáng)的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics, the role of banks in the economic system has been continuously strengthened, as the core link of the whole economic operation. The effective allocation of funds by banks has a great impact on the development of the whole national economy. As a new type of rural financial institution, village bank plays an important role in promoting local economic construction and the development of rural undertakings. This paper first introduces the relevant theories of the bank's strategic management, and then briefly analyzes the current situation of Minfeng Village Bank. Then, the paper studies the external environment faced by Minfeng Village Bank, including the national economic policy, industry development and so on. At the same time, it discusses the existing operating situation and internal resources of Minfeng Village Bank. Find out the advantages and disadvantages of its development. According to the theory of competition strategy, the bank is further analyzed by PEST analysis and five-force model analysis. On the basis of these analyses, combined with the mission and vision of Minfeng Village Bank, this paper determines the strategic orientation and strategic objectives of the Bank, and then formulates relevant development strategies according to these strategic objectives, and finally, the implementation of the strategy. Based on the daily management situation of Minfeng Village Bank and the author's own working experience in the bank, this paper puts forward concrete and feasible measures for the development strategy of the bank, and the research contents are novel. For the further development of Minfeng Village Bank has a strong reference value.
