【摘要】：近年來,國家為了保障農(nóng)村金融市場的穩(wěn)健運行,出臺了一系列法律、法規(guī),在一定程度上對農(nóng)村金融市場秩序起到了規(guī)范的作用,推動了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。但是,從整體上看,我國農(nóng)村金融在很多重要領(lǐng)域存在著立法盲區(qū),農(nóng)村金融立法的供給不足已經(jīng)嚴重制約了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展。通過建立完善的農(nóng)村金融法律體系,為我國農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展保駕護航,業(yè)已成為當前急需解決的難題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to ensure the steady operation of the rural financial market, the state has issued a series of laws and regulations, to a certain extent, the order of the rural financial market has played a normative role, and promoted the development of rural economy. However, on the whole, there are legislative blind areas in many important fields of rural finance in our country. The insufficient supply of rural financial legislation has seriously restricted the healthy development of rural economy. By establishing a perfect legal system of rural finance to protect the development of rural finance in China, it has become a difficult problem that needs to be solved.
