【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和綜合國力的提升,對外直接投資已經(jīng)步入了一個快速發(fā)展階段。2003年至2011年,中國對外直接投資發(fā)展迅速,流量由最初的28.5億美元已經(jīng)發(fā)展到了746.5億美元,年均增長率為50.4%,不僅快于世界、發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家,甚至還超過了新興工業(yè)化國家。截至2011年底,中國對外直接投資存量已經(jīng)達(dá)到4247.8億美元,位于全球排名的第13位。從總量上看,顯然,我國已經(jīng)成為了一個對外直接投資大國。然而,我國又是一個幅員遼闊的大國,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展存在顯著不平衡,地區(qū)之間在經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、區(qū)位和技術(shù)條件等方面存在差異,對外直接投資水平也存在明顯差異性。2011年,我國三大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域?qū)ν庵苯油顿Y存在很大差異,投資最活躍的是東部地區(qū),其次是中部和西部。我國地方對外直接投資流量排名前十位的地區(qū)中,除湖北和湖南位于中部外,其余8個省份均屬于東部地區(qū)。因此,為了達(dá)到縮小地區(qū)差距、促進(jìn)我國對外直接投資均衡發(fā)展的目標(biāo),研究我國地區(qū)對外直接投資水平的差異性及其影響因素就顯得十分必要。 本文從對外直接投資母國角度切入,參考了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究成果,在深入分析了我國東、中、西部三大區(qū)域?qū)ν庵苯油顿Y的差異性后,以30個省市為研究對象,選取了17個變量,利用主成分分析法找到了影響各個地區(qū)對外直接投資水平的主因子,并根據(jù)因子得分進(jìn)行了比較分析,認(rèn)為影響我國地區(qū)對外直接投資水平的主要因子有潛力因子、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)因子和實力因子。最后在分析結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,相應(yīng)地提出了各地區(qū)發(fā)展對外直接投資的政策建議,以促進(jìn)我國東、中、西部三大地區(qū)對外直接投資的均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy and the improvement of its comprehensive national strength, FDI has entered a rapid development stage. From 2003 to 2011, China's FDI has developed rapidly. Traffic has grown from the initial $2.85 billion to $74.65 billion, with an average annual growth rate of 50.4 per cent, not only faster than in the world, developed and developing countries, and even more than in newly industrialized countries. By the end of 2011, China's OFDI stock had reached $424.78 billion, the 13th largest in the world. From the total amount, obviously, China has become a large country of foreign direct investment. However, China is also a large country with a vast territory. There are significant imbalances in the development of regional economy, and there are differences between regions in economic, social, geographical and technological conditions. In 2011, there were great differences among the three major economic regions in China. The most active investment was in the eastern region, followed by the central and western regions. Among the top ten regions in China, except Hubei and Hunan, the other 8 provinces belong to the eastern region. Therefore, in order to narrow the regional gap and promote the balanced development of China's foreign direct investment, it is necessary to study the difference of regional foreign direct investment level and its influencing factors. From the point of view of home country of foreign direct investment (FDI), and referring to the research results of scholars at home and abroad, this paper takes 30 provinces and cities as the research objects after deeply analyzing the differences among the three regions of east, middle and west of China. In this paper, 17 variables are selected and the main factors influencing the level of FDI in different regions are found by principal component analysis, and the factors are compared and analyzed according to the factor scores. The main factors affecting the level of FDI in China are potential factors, industrial structure factors and strength factors. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the conclusions, the paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions for the development of foreign direct investment in each region in order to promote the balanced development of foreign direct investment in the east, middle and west regions of China.
