交通銀行湖南分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù):現(xiàn)狀及對策

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛躍前進(jìn),網(wǎng)民數(shù)量的飛速增長,金融業(yè)出現(xiàn)了新的變革,電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)作為銀行一種全新的服務(wù)方式誕生,有效緩解了銀行柜面壓力、創(chuàng)新金融服務(wù)以及增加中間收入,并且滿足了人們?nèi)找娑鄻踊透咝实慕鹑诜⻊?wù)需求。未來電子銀行發(fā)展的情況將直接影響交通銀行在各商業(yè)銀行競爭中的戰(zhàn)略地位。作為交通銀行的一個(gè)縮影,交行湖南分行如何加快電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,是實(shí)現(xiàn)交通銀行健康發(fā)展的保障。 文章采用比較研究法、調(diào)查研究法、案例分析法等定性分析法,以及ARMA模型定量分析法,對交通銀行湖南分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對策進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究。本文在了解交行湖南分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)與國外同業(yè)、湖南同業(yè)以及交行系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各省級相比存在的優(yōu)勢和不足之處以及準(zhǔn)確把握湖南交行乃至國內(nèi)電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢的基礎(chǔ)上,通過客戶滿意度調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)交行湖南分行電子業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的問題和原因,并借鑒國外(美國安全第一銀行、富國銀行以及加拿大蒙特利爾銀行)和國內(nèi)(中國工商銀行)的電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),得出湖南交行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展對策:(1)營銷策略,即分層次有重點(diǎn)地營銷、加強(qiáng)宣傳力度、開展微博營銷、對營銷人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)、完善電子銀行考核機(jī)制等;(2)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新策略,即進(jìn)行電子銀行渠道、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,完善微信銀行,推出電視銀行,組建一支高素質(zhì)的電子銀行創(chuàng)新人才隊(duì)伍等;(3)安全策略,即強(qiáng)化電子銀行制度建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、加強(qiáng)安全技術(shù)研發(fā)、加強(qiáng)安全知識普及和組建同業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范組織等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, the rapid advance of computer network technology, the rapid growth of the number of Internet users, the financial industry has a new change, electronic banking business as a new way of banking services was born. It effectively alleviates the bank counter pressure, innovates financial services and increases intermediate income, and meets the increasingly diversified and efficient demand for financial services. The development of electronic banking in the future will directly affect the strategic position of Bank of Communications in the competition of commercial banks. As a microcosm of Bank of Communications, how to accelerate the development of electronic banking in Hunan Branch is the guarantee to realize the healthy development of Bank of Communications. By using the qualitative analysis method such as comparative research method, investigation method, case analysis method and quantitative analysis method of ARMA model, this paper makes a detailed study on the present situation and countermeasures of electronic banking business in Hunan Branch of Bank of Communications. In this paper, we understand the electronic banking business of the Hunan Branch of the Bank of Communications and its foreign counterparts. On the basis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Hunan interbank and the provincial level of the Bank of Communications system and the accurate understanding of the development trend of the electronic banking business of Hunan Communications Bank and even the domestic electronic bank, Through the investigation of customer satisfaction, we find out the problems and reasons in the electronic business development of the Hunan Branch of the Bank of Communications, and draw lessons from foreign countries (the first Bank of American Security, The successful experience in electronic banking business of Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of Montreal of Canada) and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has obtained the following countermeasures: (1) Marketing strategy, I. e. Strengthen propaganda, carry out Weibo marketing, train marketing personnel, perfect the examination mechanism of electronic bank, etc. (2) Business innovation strategy, that is, to carry out electronic banking channel, product service innovation, perfect WeChat bank, launch TV bank, set up a high-quality team of innovative talents of electronic bank, etc. (3) Security strategy, that is, strengthening the construction of electronic banking system, strengthening the risk management, strengthening the research and development of security technology, strengthening the popularization of security knowledge and setting up the risk prevention organization of the same industry, etc.
