【摘要】：隨著金融業(yè)的全面開放和外資銀行的全面進入，中國商業(yè)銀行如何進行變革以迎接激烈的市場競爭成為迫切需要解決的問題。要解決商業(yè)銀行現(xiàn)有的問題，僅僅進行局部的、零星的改革是不夠的，中國二十多年的銀行改革已經(jīng)證明了這點。必須結(jié)合世界先進的銀行再造理論，結(jié)合我國經(jīng)濟體系和銀行業(yè)的特點，建立一套適合我國國情的商業(yè)銀行再造理論和模式。 在借鑒和分析西方商業(yè)銀行改革成功的經(jīng)驗時，風靡西方的銀行再造成為我國商業(yè)銀行改革和創(chuàng)新的主要方法。作為服務(wù)行業(yè)的商業(yè)銀行由于業(yè)務(wù)的相似性使業(yè)務(wù)流程的差別成為商業(yè)銀行的主要競爭力。處于銀行再造核心的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造成為提高我國商業(yè)銀行競爭力的有效途徑之一。目前，關(guān)于業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的思想和概念的文獻不少，但一般性的介紹居多，可操作性不強，而且主要集中在制造型企業(yè)。例如:實施銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造如何具體展開，實施的步驟是什么，需要哪些方法，工具的支持等重要問題都還處于不明確、不系統(tǒng)的階段。因此，對商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造問題進行研究具有很強的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)文獻進行研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對中國商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)的部門銀行和需要構(gòu)建的流程銀行進行了對比分析，，突出了構(gòu)建流程銀行的必要性。本文結(jié)合西方銀行再造的成功經(jīng)驗，研究了構(gòu)建流程銀行的核心內(nèi)容是進行流程再造，包括業(yè)務(wù)流程再造。在業(yè)務(wù)流程再造中，重點研究了幾個主要業(yè)務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造，并對再造前后的流程進行了對比。
[Abstract]:With the overall opening of the financial industry and the entry of foreign banks, how to reform the Chinese commercial banks to meet the fierce market competition has become an urgent problem to be solved. To solve the existing problems of commercial banks, it is not enough to carry out partial and sporadic reforms, which has been proved by the banking reform in China for more than 20 years. Combining with the advanced theory of bank reengineering in the world and the characteristics of our economic system and banking industry, we must establish a set of commercial bank reengineering theories and models suitable for our country's national conditions. In drawing lessons from and analyzing the successful experience of western commercial bank reform, the popular bank reengineering has become the main method of commercial bank reform and innovation in our country. As a service industry, commercial banks become the main competitiveness of commercial banks because of the similarity of business processes. Business process reengineering (BPR), which is at the core of bank reengineering, has become one of the effective ways to improve the competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks. At present, there are a lot of documents about the thought and concept of BPR, but the general introduction is mostly, the maneuverability is not strong, and it is mainly concentrated in the manufacturing enterprises. For example, how to carry out BPR, what steps to implement, what methods are needed, and how to support the tools are still in the unclear and unsystematic stage. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the business process reengineering of commercial banks. Based on the research of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the traditional departmental banks and the process banks that need to be constructed in China's commercial banks, and highlights the necessity of constructing the process banks. Based on the successful experience of western bank reengineering, this paper studies that the core content of process bank construction is process reengineering, including business process reengineering (BPR). In Business process Reengineering (BPR), several major business processes are studied, and the processes before and after BPR are compared.
