【摘要】：運(yùn)用中國(guó)5家股份制上市商業(yè)銀行2003～2007年的季報(bào)數(shù)據(jù),首次在其資本結(jié)構(gòu)研究中同時(shí)考察權(quán)益和負(fù)債比率的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整問題,結(jié)論表明中國(guó)股份制上市商業(yè)銀行權(quán)益比率與負(fù)債比率的決定機(jī)制互相依賴;非債務(wù)稅盾、銀行規(guī)模、管理層持股對(duì)股份制上市銀行權(quán)益比率與負(fù)債比率的影響都非常顯著,而破產(chǎn)成本、國(guó)有股比例僅顯著影響權(quán)益比率,成長(zhǎng)性與前5大股東持股比例僅顯著影響了不可作為資本的負(fù)債比率;中國(guó)股份制上市商業(yè)銀行的存款類負(fù)債更多地受到宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)變量的影響;選擇"銀行職工人數(shù)"作為工具變量,較好地解決了模型中"規(guī)模"變量的內(nèi)生性問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the quarterly data from 2003 to 2007 of five joint-stock listed commercial banks in China, the dynamic adjustment of equity and debt ratio is investigated in the capital structure study for the first time. The conclusion shows that the equity ratio and debt ratio of Chinese joint-stock listed commercial banks depend on each other, and the influence of non-debt tax shield, bank size, management stock ownership on equity ratio and debt ratio of joint-stock listed banks is very significant. The cost of bankruptcy, the proportion of state-owned shares only significantly affect the equity ratio, growth and the proportion of the first five major shareholders only significantly affect the debt ratio that can not be used as capital; The deposit liabilities of China's joint-stock listed commercial banks are more influenced by macroeconomic variables, and the "number of bank employees" is chosen as a tool variable to solve the endogenous problem of "scale" variables in the model.
