河南省銀行承兌匯票業(yè)務(wù)快速發(fā)展情況調(diào)查

【摘要】：近期,河南省金融機(jī)構(gòu)未貼現(xiàn)銀行承兌匯票快速增長,在社會融資規(guī)模中占比大幅提高。調(diào)查河南省銀行承兌匯票業(yè)務(wù)快速增長的原因,分析票據(jù)形式的信用擴(kuò)張對于實體經(jīng)濟(jì)和宏觀調(diào)控的影響。建議完善票據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的市場環(huán)境,健全銀行體系和金融體系,加強(qiáng)對票據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的監(jiān)管等。
[Abstract]:Recently, undiscounted bank acceptance by financial institutions in Henan Province has increased rapidly, accounting for a large proportion of social financing. This paper investigates the reasons for the rapid growth of bank acceptance bill business in Henan Province, and analyzes the impact of credit expansion of bill form on the real economy and macroeconomic regulation and control. It is suggested that the market environment for the development of bill business should be improved, the banking system and financial system should be improved, and the supervision of bill business should be strengthened.
