【摘要】：正近年來,隨著我國銀行業(yè)和保險業(yè)的改革與發(fā)展,銀行保險作為金融綜合經(jīng)營的重要形態(tài),獲得了迅速的發(fā)展:銀行系保險公司紛紛設立,銀行與保險公司之間的分銷協(xié)議逐漸成為保險銷售的主要渠道之一。這不但對保險業(yè)發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的作用,對銀行業(yè)擴大和鞏固客戶資源、增加中間業(yè)務收入也
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the reform and development of China's banking and insurance industry, bancassurance, as an important form of comprehensive financial management, has gained rapid development: the banking insurance companies have been set up one after another. Distribution agreements between banks and insurance companies have gradually become one of the main channels for insurance sales. This will not only play an important role in the development of the insurance industry, but also in the expansion and consolidation of customer resources in the banking sector and in the increase of intermediate business income.
