中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行黑龍江省分行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究
[Abstract]:The Heilongjiang Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Heilongjiang Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China") attaches great importance to the construction of enterprise culture and puts forward the development strategy of "cultural forcible". The whole bank carried out a series of cultural reform measures. In this context, especially after the stock market reform, new changes have taken place in the management behavior, management mode and service means of the Heilongjiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, as well as the ideological state of the employees. If some of the original values are not adjusted in time, it will be difficult for enterprises and employees to adapt to the changing environment and changing market. At the same time, although the enterprise culture construction of Agricultural Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch has made great progress, compared with the advanced banks in the province, especially the domestic advanced banks, the enterprise culture construction is still in the initial stage, and the gap is obvious. This paper takes the Heilongjiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China as the research object, uses the systematic method to investigate the current enterprise culture development process of the Heilongjiang branch of the Agricultural Bank of China in detail, analyzes its cultural connotation; On the basis of the analysis of the industry, especially the competitors and the internal enterprises, the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture are found by using the SWOT matrix analysis method, and the successful experiences of other banks are used for reference. This paper puts forward the strategies suitable for the construction of the enterprise culture, that is, to walk out a road of cultural development with the characteristics of Agricultural Bank of Heilongjiang Province, and to provide a strong cultural support for realizing the goal of building excellent large listed banks. This paper mainly focuses on the system engineering and core problem of "building excellent large listed banks" in Heilongjiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, first of all, the orientation of cultural development in the future is clearly defined. Secondly, it considers the excellent culture gene of history, the general culture type of present situation, the main management problems of Heilongjiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China and the cultural inducement behind it, and expects the overall culture type, and so on. On the basis of above analysis, the future development direction of enterprise culture of Agricultural Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch is obtained. That is, on the basis of optimizing and standardizing control orientation, we should strengthen people-oriented support orientation and goal performance orientation, and appropriately advocate flexible innovation orientation.
