【摘要】：本文運用Gregory-Hansen結(jié)構(gòu)突變檢驗方法對浙江省1995～2010年期間是否發(fā)生經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級進行測度的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步對金融支持浙江省低碳經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及其影響機制進行了定量分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),盡管浙江省經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)已取得了顯著改善,但依然沒有實現(xiàn)本質(zhì)意義上的轉(zhuǎn)型升級。經(jīng)濟增長、人口規(guī)模效應(yīng),能源使用效率低下依然是引起浙江省二氧化碳排放量劇增的引擎,實現(xiàn)低碳浙江、綠色浙江之目標(biāo)任重道遠,而金融信貸服務(wù)支持卻能有效地降低二氧化碳排放,對浙江省低碳經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展具有強勁的"推進效應(yīng)"。因此,政府部門要進一步加大金融信貸服務(wù)對低碳經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支撐力度,以期早日實現(xiàn)浙江省經(jīng)濟的快速轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the Gregory-Hansen structural mutation test method to measure the economic transformation and upgrading in Zhejiang Province from 1995 to 2010, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the financial support for the development of the low-carbon economy in Zhejiang Province and its influence mechanism. The study found that although the economic structure of Zhejiang Province has been significantly improved, it still has not achieved the essential transformation and upgrading. Economic growth, population scale effects, and inefficiency in energy use are still the engines leading to a sharp increase in carbon dioxide emissions in Zhejiang Province. Achieving the goals of low-carbon Zhejiang and green Zhejiang has a long way to go. However, the support of financial credit services can effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions, which has a strong "propulsive effect" on the development of low-carbon economy in Zhejiang Province. Therefore, government departments should further strengthen the support of financial credit services to the development of low-carbon economy, in order to realize the rapid economic transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang Province as soon as possible.
