客戶積分模型在證券行業(yè)應用的探討

【摘要】:目前證券行業(yè)競爭日趨激烈,營業(yè)部數量的驟增以及服務模式嚴重同質化,導致傭金快速下滑。整合現有資源,創(chuàng)新服務產品,實施差異化服務以保持其核心競爭力,從而有效保持客戶的穩(wěn)定性和忠誠度,是證券公司面臨的重要研究課題。本文在深入研究券商客戶特點和服務方式的基礎上,設計了客戶積分模型,探討此模型在券商行業(yè)的應用,進一步論證積分模型的應用效果,在阻止傭金下滑、提升市場份額方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition in the securities industry is becoming more and more intense, the number of business departments has increased sharply and the service mode has been seriously homogenized, leading to a rapid decline in commission. Integration of existing resources, innovation of service products, implementation of differentiated services to maintain its core competitiveness, so as to effectively maintain customer stability and loyalty, is an important research topic facing securities companies. On the basis of deeply studying the characteristics and service modes of securities firms, this paper designs a customer integration model, discusses the application of this model in the securities industry, further demonstrates the application effect of the integral model, and prevents the decline of commission. Increasing market share has played an important role.
