【摘要】：摘要：隨著物流市場競爭的不斷加據(jù),開展物流金融服務成為物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要選擇。在我國物流金融作為一種新的金融創(chuàng)新服務產(chǎn)品也在快速的發(fā)展,這項業(yè)務存在著巨大的發(fā)展前景和市場需求。但在物流金融快速發(fā)展的過程中,也伴隨著不和諧事件的發(fā)生,這也為物流金融的發(fā)展敲響了警鐘——物流金融業(yè)務相關的風險管理不容忽視。因此開展物流金融業(yè)務,物流企業(yè)也要樹立防范意識,有效預防可能出現(xiàn)的風險,并提高控制和處理各種風險的能力。 南儲倉儲管理有限公司(以下簡稱“NC公司”)作為第三方物流企業(yè)在大力發(fā)展物流金融的同時也存在著一系列的問題,而這些問題在公司的實踐過程中逐漸的暴露,加大了NC公司的運營風險。鑒于此,在NC公司發(fā)展物流金融的同時,加強對相關風險的管理勢在必行。因此,本文分析NC公司在物流金融方面所存在的風險,探討如何形成NC公司的風險識別、度量、管理體系,為NC公司物流金融業(yè)務的發(fā)展打下結實的基礎。 本文首先從物流金融的概念出發(fā),分析物流企業(yè)參與物流金融服務的動因,指出第三方物流企業(yè)開展金融服務有其現(xiàn)實的意義。接著介紹了四種物流金融的業(yè)務模式以及風險理論,為下文的分析提供理論基礎。 接著本文分析了物流金融業(yè)務國內外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及風險管理現(xiàn)狀,NC公司物流金融業(yè)務發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和風險管理現(xiàn)狀。再在風險識別理論的基礎上,分析了質押物本身的風險、物流企業(yè)的管理風險、業(yè)務的實施風險及信用風險。接著,本文構建了風險評估指標體系,采用層次分析法對NC公司物流金融業(yè)務風險進行評估,結果顯示NC公司物流金融業(yè)務尚存在較高風險。 最后,本文分別針對NC公司質押物本身、物流企業(yè)的管理、業(yè)務的實施及信用方面存在的風險提出防范建議,并在此基礎上建立物流信息管理系統(tǒng)以及應對風險的預警系統(tǒng)。圖8幅,表6個,參考文獻54篇。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the increasing competition of logistics market, developing logistics financial service has become an important choice for logistics enterprises. Logistics finance, as a new financial innovation service product, is developing rapidly in China, which has a huge development prospect and market demand. However, in the process of rapid development of logistics finance, disharmonious events also occur, which also sounded the alarm for the development of logistics finance-the risk management related to logistics finance business can not be ignored. Therefore, to develop logistics financial business, logistics enterprises should set up awareness of prevention, effectively prevent possible risks, and improve the ability to control and deal with all kinds of risks. South Storage Management Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "NC Company") as a third party logistics enterprises in the development of logistics finance at the same time there are a series of problems, and these problems in the company's practice process gradually exposed, Increased NC operating risk. In view of this, while developing logistics finance in NC, it is imperative to strengthen the management of related risks. Therefore, this paper analyzes the risks in logistics finance of NC Company, discusses how to form the risk identification, measurement and management system of NC Company, and lays a solid foundation for the development of logistics finance business of NC Company. This paper starts from the concept of logistics finance, analyzes the motivation of logistics enterprises to participate in logistics financial services, and points out that it is of practical significance for third party logistics enterprises to carry out financial services. Then it introduces the business models and risk theory of four kinds of logistics finance, which provides the theoretical basis for the following analysis. Then this paper analyzes the development of logistics financial business at home and abroad and risk management status quo of NC Corporation logistics financial business development and risk management status. On the basis of the theory of risk identification, the paper analyzes the risk of pledge itself, the management risk of logistics enterprise, the implementation risk of business and the credit risk. Then, this paper constructs a risk assessment index system, using AHP to evaluate the risk of logistics finance business of NC company. The result shows that the risk of logistics finance business of NC company is still high. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to prevent the risks in the aspects of pledge itself, logistics enterprise management, business implementation and credit of NC company, and establishes logistics information management system and early warning system to deal with risks.
