【摘要】：政府投資帶動(dòng)民間投資,對(duì)促進(jìn)整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)資源配置,彌補(bǔ)市場(chǎng)失靈,發(fā)揮政府宏觀調(diào)控作用,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有重要意義。因此,應(yīng)在政府主導(dǎo)下,建立為民間投資服務(wù)的信用體系和融資體系;引導(dǎo)民間投資流向,調(diào)節(jié)投資結(jié)構(gòu);完善政府投資與民間投資的進(jìn)入與退出機(jī)制;進(jìn)一步完善投資環(huán)境,提高投資效率。
