【摘要】：近幾年,伴隨著美元、歐元和日元的頹勢(shì),要求國(guó)際貨幣體系改革的呼聲越來(lái)越高,人民幣作為新興力量開(kāi)始在國(guó)際貨幣舞臺(tái)上嶄露頭角,在越來(lái)越廣的范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)始發(fā)揮國(guó)際貨幣職能。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的研究進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的高潮,研究的領(lǐng)域涉及到各個(gè)方面。本文通過(guò)對(duì)貨幣國(guó)際化基本理論深入了解的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)今的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)和中國(guó)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的條件、模式和路徑研究進(jìn)行了一些新的嘗試性探索,希望能夠?yàn)橄乱浑A段人民幣國(guó)際化需要關(guān)注的方向提供指導(dǎo)與借鑒。 通過(guò)對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的現(xiàn)狀分析,為全文的研究打下了基礎(chǔ)。在相關(guān)的分析中從過(guò)程與狀態(tài)的角度明確了貨幣國(guó)際化、國(guó)際貨幣的含義與關(guān)系：國(guó)際貨幣是貨幣國(guó)際化由低到高發(fā)展階段的具體狀態(tài)。進(jìn)而簡(jiǎn)潔清晰地定義了人民幣國(guó)際化。接著,從自由兌換、跨境貿(mào)易、貨幣互換、離岸市場(chǎng)和儲(chǔ)備職能概括了人民幣國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程,并從兩個(gè)方面對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),明確了人民幣國(guó)際化當(dāng)前所處的階段。 緊接著,從條件、模式和路徑三個(gè)方面研究了如何更有效地推進(jìn)人民幣國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程。在條件的分析中,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融、政治和外部環(huán)境四個(gè)方面歸納分析了人民幣國(guó)際化的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),并探討了其中的不足；然后運(yùn)用序參量的基本思想明確了完善人民幣國(guó)際化條件的驅(qū)動(dòng)力,提出了內(nèi)核持久創(chuàng)造力(CEC),希望能夠從優(yōu)勢(shì)資源和內(nèi)部能力兩個(gè)方面入手來(lái)強(qiáng)化內(nèi)核持久創(chuàng)造力,使其成為人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)程中的核心優(yōu)勢(shì),為下一步夯實(shí)人民幣國(guó)際化的基礎(chǔ)指明了方向。在模式的分析中,通過(guò)對(duì)三大主要國(guó)際貨幣進(jìn)程和模式的總結(jié)歸納,提出了貨幣國(guó)際化的四種模式——政策型推進(jìn)模式、區(qū)域型推動(dòng)模式、激進(jìn)型推行模式和平衡型演進(jìn)模式,通過(guò)對(duì)四種模式進(jìn)行比較和評(píng)析,認(rèn)為當(dāng)前適合人民幣國(guó)際化的應(yīng)該是平衡型演進(jìn)模式。在路徑的分析中,歸納了當(dāng)前主要的可供人民幣國(guó)際化選擇的路徑并進(jìn)行了比較和評(píng)析,然后在借鑒可供選擇路徑的基礎(chǔ)上規(guī)劃了當(dāng)前適合人民幣國(guó)際化的推進(jìn)路徑——地位推進(jìn)型路徑,明確了人民幣國(guó)際化下階段的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the decline of the US dollar, the euro and the yen, the demand for the reform of the international monetary system has become increasingly high. As a new force, the RMB has begun to emerge on the international monetary stage. In an increasingly wide range of international monetary functions began to play. Scholars at home and abroad have entered a new climax in the research of RMB internationalization. Based on the deep understanding of the basic theory of currency internationalization and the current world economic situation and the reality of China, this paper makes some new attempts to explore the conditions, models and paths of RMB internationalization. Hope to provide guidance and reference for the next stage of RMB internationalization. Through the analysis of the current situation of RMB internationalization, it lays a foundation for the full study. From the perspective of process and state, this paper clarifies the meaning and relationship of international currency: international currency is the specific state of currency internationalization from low to high stage of development. In turn, the definition of RMB internationalization is concise and clear. Then, from the aspects of convertibility, cross-border trade, currency swap, offshore market and reserve function, this paper summarizes the process of RMB internationalization, and evaluates the process of RMB internationalization from two aspects. It clarifies the current stage of RMB internationalization. Then, it studies how to promote RMB internationalization more effectively from three aspects: condition, mode and path. In the analysis of conditions, this paper sums up and analyzes the realistic foundation of RMB internationalization from four aspects of economy, finance, politics and external environment, and probes into its shortcomings. Then, using the basic idea of order parameter, the driving force of perfecting RMB internationalization condition is clarified, and (CEC), hopes to strengthen the core persistent creativity from two aspects: superior resources and internal capability. Make it become the core advantage of RMB internationalization process, and point out the direction for the next step to consolidate the foundation of RMB internationalization. In the analysis of the model, by summing up the three major international monetary processes and models, this paper puts forward four modes of monetary internationalization, namely, the policy mode, the regional model, the radical mode and the balanced model. Through the comparison and analysis of the four models, the author thinks that the equilibrium model should be suitable for the internationalization of RMB at present. In the analysis of the path, the main paths available for RMB internationalization are summarized, and compared and evaluated. Then, on the basis of using the alternative path for reference, this paper plans the advancement path-status advancement path which is suitable for RMB internationalization at present, and clarifies the goal of the next stage of RMB internationalization.
