【摘要】：自改革開放以來，我國政府重視外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，對外貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，2011年我國外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口總值為36420.6億美元，位居世界第二。對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展帶動了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，但從對外貿(mào)易質(zhì)量上講，我國還不是貿(mào)易強(qiáng)國。我國對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展中存在一些不足，如外貿(mào)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理，企業(yè)國際競爭力較低，產(chǎn)品附加值低，外貿(mào)發(fā)展地區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡，東部地區(qū)與中西部地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡，收入分配不均，同時，在對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展中忽視對資源環(huán)境的保護(hù)，資源消耗過度，環(huán)境質(zhì)量下降，這不利于對外貿(mào)易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展要與社會、資源環(huán)境結(jié)合起來，走外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。 外資企業(yè)占據(jù)我國外貿(mào)的半壁江山，影響著我國對外貿(mào)易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。如何在復(fù)雜多變的國內(nèi)、國際形勢下合理利用外資，實現(xiàn)外貿(mào)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先對外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行詳細(xì)概述，，依據(jù)外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵建立合理的外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力評價指標(biāo)；其次，分析了目前我國利用外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀，定性分析FDI對我國外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響；再次，本文用主成分分析法處理外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力指標(biāo)，得出反映我國外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的綜合指數(shù)，建立模型分析FDI對我國外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的影響及其影響途徑；最后，對合理利用外商投資以實現(xiàn)外貿(mào)發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性給出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, our government has attached great importance to the development of export-oriented economy, and the scale of foreign trade has been continuously expanding. In 2011, the total value of China's foreign trade imports and exports was 3.64206 trillion US dollars, ranking second in the world. The development of foreign trade has driven the sustained and rapid development of our economy, but in terms of the quality of foreign trade, China is not yet a powerful trading country. There are some shortcomings in the development of foreign trade in China, such as unreasonable structure of foreign trade industry, low international competitiveness of enterprises, low added value of products, unbalanced regional structure of foreign trade development, and unbalanced development between eastern and central and western regions. At the same time, in the development of foreign trade, the protection of resources and environment is neglected, and the consumption of resources is excessive and the quality of the environment is declining. This is not conducive to the sustainable development of foreign trade, and the development of foreign trade should be in line with society. Combination of resources and environment, take the path of sustainable development of foreign trade. Foreign-funded enterprises occupy half of China's foreign trade, which affects the sustainable development of China's foreign trade. How to make rational use of foreign capital and realize the sustainable development of foreign trade in the complicated and changeable domestic and international situation is of practical significance to the sustainable development of our country's economy and society. In this paper, the connotation of sustainable development of foreign trade is summarized in detail, and a reasonable evaluation index of the ability of sustainable development of foreign trade is established according to the connotation of sustainable development of foreign trade. Secondly, the present situation of utilizing foreign direct investment in China is analyzed. Qualitative analysis of the impact of FDI on the sustainable development of foreign trade in China. Thirdly, this paper uses principal component analysis to deal with the index of sustainable development of foreign trade, and obtains a comprehensive index reflecting the ability of sustainable development of foreign trade in China. This paper establishes a model to analyze the impact of FDI on the sustainable development of foreign trade in China and the ways to influence it. Finally, some suggestions on how to make use of foreign investment to realize the sustainability of foreign trade development are given.
