【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場是相對于主板市場而言的一類證券市場,其在多層次資本市場體系中起到一個(gè)承接主板市場和場外市場的中間環(huán)節(jié),創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場能為處于發(fā)展期的中小企業(yè)和高新技術(shù)企業(yè)提供資金支持,并能促使市場資源的優(yōu)化配置,有助于上市公司建立合理的公司治理結(jié)構(gòu),有助于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、健康、有序的發(fā)展。我國創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場在2009年底創(chuàng)立,但是在創(chuàng)業(yè)板的運(yùn)行當(dāng)中,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)其還存在著諸多問題,本文擬通過對我國創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場及其法律制度建設(shè)問題進(jìn)行分析和研究,力求能為我國創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場的建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)和決策參考。
[Abstract]:The gem market is a kind of securities market relative to the mainboard market. It plays an intermediate link in the multi-level capital market system to undertake the mainboard market and the over-the-counter market. The gem market can provide financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises and high-tech enterprises in the period of development, promote the optimal allocation of market resources, help the listed companies to establish a reasonable corporate governance structure, and contribute to the sustainability of our economy. Healthy and orderly development. China's gem market was founded at the end of 2009, but in the operation of the gem, it is not difficult to find that there are still many problems.
