【摘要】：本文基于SCP分析框架,建立面向中國銀行業(yè)市場勢力的綜合評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,并結(jié)合新經(jīng)驗(yàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論中的實(shí)證研究方法。以1999~2008年間13個(gè)商業(yè)銀行的原始數(shù)據(jù)為計(jì)算基礎(chǔ),得到產(chǎn)業(yè)層面市場勢力綜合評(píng)估的9項(xiàng)指標(biāo)和企業(yè)層面的8項(xiàng)指標(biāo),同時(shí)結(jié)合因子分析進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估,為識(shí)別和監(jiān)控各銀行的市場勢力濫用行為提供理論依據(jù)。本文得出三個(gè)結(jié)論:第一,中國銀行業(yè)的壟斷力呈逐年下降趨勢;第二,國有控股商業(yè)銀行的市場勢力顯著高于股份制商業(yè)銀行;第三,集中度、策略性行為和經(jīng)營績效是決定銀行業(yè)市場勢力的最主要因素。
[Abstract]:Based on the SCP framework, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for China's banking market power, and combines the empirical research method in the new empirical industrial organization theory. Based on the original data of 13 commercial banks from 1999 to 2008, 9 indicators of market power comprehensive evaluation and 8 indicators of enterprise level are obtained, and the comprehensive evaluation is carried out with factor analysis. To identify and monitor the abuse of market forces of banks to provide theoretical basis. This paper draws three conclusions: first, the monopoly power of China's banking industry is declining year by year; second, the market power of state-owned holding commercial banks is significantly higher than that of joint-stock commercial banks; third, the concentration degree, Strategic behavior and operating performance are the most important factors to determine the market power of banking.
