銀行業(yè)履行員工社會責(zé)任對應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生組織承諾的影響分析
[Abstract]:In China, the implementation of corporate social responsibility is still in the relatively primary stage of development, many enterprises do not really understand the meaning of corporate social responsibility, nor do they seriously shoulder the obligations of corporate social responsibility. Some enterprises only take the profit maximization as the goal, and the behavior of harming the employees' interests occurs from time to time in the process of production and operation. Enterprises obviously lack of social responsibility and frequent incidents of harming the rights and interests of employees. Under such circumstances, enterprises should conscientiously fulfill their social responsibilities to their employees, adhere to the concept of "people-oriented", and ensure the rights and interests of employees. To provide a harmonious working atmosphere, build a broad development platform, improve the salary and welfare system, enrich corporate cultural life, and achieve the common development of employees and enterprises, is the prerequisite for the sustainable development of enterprises. If the company has fulfilled its social responsibility to its employees, will the employees respond to the company? If the answer is yes, what are these responses? Are these reactions of concern to companies? And does the enterprise fulfill the social responsibility to the employee to get the good return? This article takes the banking industry as the research object, selects the graduates who have signed the tripartite employment agreement between S University and the bank enterprise for three years in a row, on the basis of reading the related literature, Try to solve these questions from the perspective of organizational commitment. In the case of increasing demand for talents, a large number of staff loss is a realistic problem that enterprises must face. How to take effective measures to attract and retain talents widely is the key problem that enterprises face in the current social and economic situation. As an important stakeholder, employee is an important part of corporate social responsibility audience. This paper makes an analysis and research on the impact of the social responsibility of the employees in the banking industry on the organizational commitment of the university graduates, which is helpful to deepen the understanding of the enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility of its employees, so that the enterprise can conscientiously fulfill the social responsibility. At the same time, we should take more effective measures to attract new graduates to come to work, and improve the sense of commitment and identity of employees to the organization, so as to reduce the loss of employees.
