交通銀行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)平穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng),作為中國(guó)金融資源的主要配置者,商業(yè)銀行功不可沒(méi)。但是在快速發(fā)展過(guò)程中,商業(yè)銀行也暴露了一些問(wèn)題,尤其是當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下,面臨著外資銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力以及利率市場(chǎng)化帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行要在壓力下求得生存,獲得發(fā)展和壯大,就必須不斷開拓創(chuàng)新,積極變革。在國(guó)家法律與政策允許的前提下,大力發(fā)展投資銀行業(yè)務(wù),正是我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在創(chuàng)新和變革方面的一次積極嘗試,是應(yīng)對(duì)未來(lái)挑戰(zhàn)的必然選擇。 近幾年,交通銀行的投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)有了較快的發(fā)展,業(yè)務(wù)品種增多,產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新能力持續(xù)增強(qiáng),業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模也不斷擴(kuò)大。但投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展仍存在一些問(wèn)題,如投資銀行人員的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量有待進(jìn)一步提高、投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)拳頭產(chǎn)品還不夠豐富、部分投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程效率仍待進(jìn)一步提高、投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制仍有待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)等。這些問(wèn)題若不解決,會(huì)影響到交通銀行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)未來(lái)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論及相關(guān)分析工具,采用了PEST分析法、波特五力模型分析法等,分析了交通銀行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的外部、內(nèi)部環(huán)境,總結(jié)出了交通銀行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)面臨的機(jī)遇、威脅以及內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì),采用SWOT分析模型,分析得出了交通銀行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)可以采取的戰(zhàn)略,而后結(jié)合交通銀行集團(tuán)的實(shí)力以及交通銀行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo),提出了交通銀行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的具體戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案。 本文的研究,對(duì)其他商業(yè)銀行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的未來(lái)發(fā)展,也具有一定的借鑒與參考意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy has been growing steadily and steadily. As the main allocator of China's financial resources, commercial banks have contributed a lot. However, in the process of rapid development, commercial banks have also exposed some problems, especially under the current situation, they are facing the pressure of competition from foreign banks and the challenges brought by the marketization of interest rates. In order to survive, develop and grow under pressure, we must constantly explore and innovate, and actively change. Under the premise of national laws and policies, vigorously develop investment banking business is a positive attempt in innovation and reform of our commercial banks, and an inevitable choice to meet future challenges.
In recent years, the investment banking business of Bank of Communications has developed rapidly, the business variety has increased, the product innovation ability has been strengthened continuously, and the business scale has been expanded continuously. Rich, some investment banking business process efficiency still needs to be further improved, investment banking business risk control needs to be further strengthened, and so on. If these problems are not solved, it will affect the future market competitiveness of Bank of Communications investment banking business.
This paper analyzes the external and internal environment of the investment banking business of Bank of Communications by using the theory of strategic management and related analysis tools, using the PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model analysis method, and summarizes the opportunities, threats, internal strengths and weaknesses faced by the investment banking business of Bank of Communications. The investment banking business of Bank of Communications can adopt the strategy, and then combined with the strength of Bank of Communications Group and the strategic development goals of Bank of Communications investment banking business, put forward the concrete strategic implementation plan of Bank of Communications investment banking business.
The research of this paper has certain reference significance for the future development of investment banking business of other commercial banks.
