【摘要】：伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,我國農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了長足進(jìn)步,農(nóng)民生活水平提高,對(duì)金融服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”業(yè)務(wù)提出了規(guī)模更大,內(nèi)容更廣,層次更高的新要求,黨中央也明確農(nóng)行履行國有大型銀行商業(yè)服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”的責(zé)任,要求農(nóng)行充分利用資金實(shí)力雄厚、營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)多和“三農(nóng)”金融服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富等方面的優(yōu)勢,穩(wěn)步發(fā)展在農(nóng)村地區(qū)“三農(nóng)”服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù),發(fā)揮在農(nóng)村金融中的支柱和骨干作用,這對(duì)縣域農(nóng)行而言是難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。 XX縣是我區(qū)主要商品糧和蔗糖生產(chǎn)基地,國家農(nóng)業(yè)綜合開發(fā)重點(diǎn)縣,自我區(qū)實(shí)施“三農(nóng)”戰(zhàn)略以來,XX縣“三農(nóng)”金融服務(wù)成效顯著、社會(huì)反響強(qiáng)烈,其中“魯比模式”還被作為經(jīng)典成功案例進(jìn)行推廣,“三農(nóng)”金融業(yè)務(wù)已成為XX縣支行經(jīng)營與發(fā)展的核心。為了更好地服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”業(yè)務(wù),發(fā)展“三農(nóng)”業(yè)務(wù),響應(yīng)國家支持建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的號(hào)召,履行國家賦予農(nóng)行服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”的社會(huì)責(zé)任,農(nóng)行XX縣支行采取一系列措施探索一條服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。而對(duì)于當(dāng)前XX縣農(nóng)戶的金融服務(wù)需求狀況如何?XX縣支行提供“三農(nóng)"金融服務(wù)的效果到底怎樣?如何提高農(nóng)行XX縣支行服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”水平?等等這些問題均要通過實(shí)地調(diào)研,深入研究才能找出答案。本調(diào)研報(bào)告以農(nóng)行XX縣支行“三農(nóng)”金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象,采用隨機(jī)抽樣調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)100名農(nóng)戶發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,調(diào)查涉及農(nóng)戶基本情況、金融服務(wù)需求狀況、殛縣支行金融服務(wù)的效果等內(nèi)容,并在通過相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料總結(jié)農(nóng)行XX縣支行“三農(nóng)”金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,深入剖析研究農(nóng)行XX縣支行甜三農(nóng)”金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的問題,并針對(duì)問題提出有效推進(jìn)“三農(nóng)”業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的具體對(duì)策建議,這些有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于其他縣域支行具有借鑒指導(dǎo)作用,幫助他們?cè)谔剿鞣⻊?wù)“三農(nóng)”業(yè)務(wù)的道路上少走彎路,更好地為農(nóng)戶提供金融服務(wù),促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。 農(nóng)行服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”,發(fā)展“三農(nóng)”是個(gè)循序漸進(jìn)的過程,要實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,不斷提高服務(wù)水平,切實(shí)做到城鄉(xiāng)業(yè)務(wù)共同發(fā)展,還要繼續(xù)努力與積極探索。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the agricultural economy of our country has made great progress, the living standard of farmers has been improved, and the new requirements for the financial service "three rural areas" business have been put forward, such as larger scale, wider content and higher level. The CPC Central Committee has also made it clear that the Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) has fulfilled the responsibility of providing commercial services to the "agriculture, countryside and farmers" by large state-owned banks, and has required the Agricultural Bank to make full use of its advantages in terms of strong capital strength, numerous business outlets and rich experience in financial services for agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The steady development of the "three rural" services in rural areas and the role of backbone and backbone in rural finance is a rare development opportunity for the Agricultural Bank of China. Xx County is the main commodity grain and sugar production base in our region. Since the implementation of the "San Nong" strategy in the national agricultural comprehensive development key counties, the financial services of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" have achieved remarkable results and the social repercussions have been strong. Among them, the "Ruby model" has also been promoted as a classic success case. The financial business of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has become the core of the management and development of XX county branch. In order to better serve the "three rural" business, to develop the "three rural" business, to respond to the call of the state to support the construction of a new socialist countryside, and to fulfill the social responsibility entrusted by the State to the Agricultural Bank of China to serve the "three rural areas," The XX County Branch of Agricultural Bank of China takes a series of measures to explore a sustainable development road of serving agriculture, countryside and farmers. And for the current situation of the financial service demand of the farmers in XX County, what is the effect of providing "three rural" financial services by the XX county branch? How to improve the agricultural bank XX county branch service "three rural" level? And so on these questions all must pass the field investigation, the thorough research can find out the answer. This research report takes the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers' financial business in XX County Branch of Agricultural Bank as the research object, adopts the method of random sampling investigation, distributes the questionnaire to 100 farmers, which involves the basic situation of the farmers, the situation of the financial service demand, On the basis of summarizing the financial business development experience of XX County Branch of Agricultural Bank of China on the basis of the financial service effect of the Zhixian County Branch, the paper summarizes the experience of the financial business development of the XX County Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China through the relevant literature. Deeply analyze and study the problems existing in the development of the financial business of Agriculture Bank of XX County, and put forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to effectively promote the development of the "three rural areas" business. These beneficial experiences can be used for reference and guidance for other county branch banks, help them to explore the road of serving "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" less detours, provide better financial services for farmers, and promote the sustained and stable development of rural economy. The Agricultural Bank of China serves the "three rural areas" and the development of the "three rural areas" is a gradual process. In order to achieve sustainable development, continuously improve the service level, and earnestly achieve the common development of urban and rural business, we must continue to make efforts and actively explore.
