【摘要】：國(guó)際貨幣基金組織在國(guó)際匯率體系的演進(jìn)過(guò)程中起著重要的引導(dǎo)作用,IMF于1999年提出匯率制度事實(shí)分類法,并于2009年對(duì)其作出了重大修訂。本文重點(diǎn)研究了2009年修訂的事實(shí)分類法及三分類和五分類框架,解決了2009年前后統(tǒng)計(jì)口徑不一致問(wèn)題,對(duì)1999-2010年的國(guó)際匯率體系演變情況進(jìn)行研究。最后利用五分類框架分析了金融危機(jī)后的國(guó)際匯率體系新變化。
[Abstract]:The International Monetary Fund (IMF) plays an important leading role in the evolution of the international exchange rate system. The IMF put forward the classification of the facts of the exchange rate system in 1999 and revised it greatly in 2009. This paper focuses on the fact classification revised in 2009 and the framework of three and five classifications, solves the inconsistency of statistical caliber before and after 2009, and studies the evolution of international exchange rate system from 1999 to 2010. Finally, the five-classification framework is used to analyze the new changes of the international exchange rate system after the financial crisis.
