中國銀行甘肅省分行基層員工激勵研究

【摘要】:如何有效激勵員工是每個企業(yè)永恒的課題。基層員工是銀行人力資源的基礎,對基層員工的激勵應該是銀行人力資源管理工作的重點,但現(xiàn)實中卻因為話語權不多往往被管理者忽視,從而導致基層員工工作狀態(tài)不佳、效率不高,甚至導致優(yōu)秀員工大量流失。近年來,隨著公司治理機制的不斷健全,中國銀行甘肅省分行在員工激勵方面進行了很多嘗試,也取得了較好的成效,促進了業(yè)務的快速發(fā)展。但是,在基層員工的激勵方面還存在很多問題,基層員工激勵機制還有待加強和完善。 本文以中國銀行甘肅省分行基層員工激勵為主題,在員工訪談和問卷調查的基礎上,分析了甘肅中行基層員工激勵現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及原因,結合實際提出了基層員工激勵改進對策:改進基層機構及員工管理、健全基層員工的績效考核機制、豐富基層員工的激勵內容、增強基層員工培訓的激勵效果、改革基層員工的薪酬體系。
[Abstract]:How to motivate employees effectively is an eternal task for every enterprise. Grass-roots employees are the basis of bank human resources, and the incentive to grass-roots employees should be the focus of bank human resources management, but in reality, because of the lack of voice is often ignored by managers, resulting in poor working conditions of grass-roots employees. Efficiency is not high, even lead to a large number of excellent staff loss. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of corporate governance mechanism, Gansu Branch of Bank of China has made a lot of attempts in employee incentive, and achieved good results, and promoted the rapid development of business. However, there are still many problems in the motivation of grass-roots employees, and the incentive mechanism of grass-roots employees needs to be strengthened and improved. On the basis of employee interview and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the current situation, existing problems and reasons of grass-roots staff motivation in Bank of China Gansu Province, on the basis of employee interviews and questionnaires. Based on the practice, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving grass-roots staff motivation: improving grass-roots organization and staff management, perfecting the performance appraisal mechanism of grass-roots employees, enriching the incentive contents of grass-roots employees, and enhancing the incentive effect of grass-roots staff training. Reform the salary system of grass-roots employees.
