基于BSC的東營銀行分支行績效考核問題研究

【摘要】:隨著當今經(jīng)濟社會的飛速發(fā)展,績效對一個企業(yè)的生死存亡起著至關重要的作用,如何對企業(yè)的績效進行有效合理的衡量也成為學術界急需探究的問題,東營銀行自建立發(fā)展至今,從未間斷過對績效考核方法的改進與創(chuàng)新,力爭通過對銀行各部門績效的有效考核,激勵員工及各部門改進不足、積極進取,以此推動整個銀行的快速協(xié)調發(fā)展。 本文在大量查閱中外關于平衡計分卡績效考核資料的基礎上,首先對東營銀行的現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細的分析,,對東營銀行目前實施的績效考核體系進行分析,找出存在的不足及導致原因,通過綜合運用績效管理理論和國內外商業(yè)銀行績效管理的主流方法,結合該銀行的實際情況,擬建立一套適合東營銀行具體情況的基于平衡計分卡績效考核方法為核心的銀行內部績效考核體系,文中首先找出了影響東營銀行績效考核的關鍵目標因素,然后根據(jù)各因素對考核的影響程度,對其賦予相對應的權重,以此為據(jù),建立績效考核體系。在建立績效考核體系的前提下,東營銀行還要有一套能保障該體系正常實施運轉的組織保障和維護制度,因此在文末,本文結合東營銀行實際情況,提出了一系列的保障措施,以此來維護該銀行績效考核體系的正常運轉。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, performance plays a vital role in the life and death of an enterprise. How to effectively and reasonably measure the performance of an enterprise has become an urgent problem in academic circles. Since its establishment and development, Dongying Bank has never interrupted the improvement and innovation of the performance appraisal method, striving to motivate its staff and departments to improve and make progress through the effective evaluation of the performance of each department of the bank. In order to promote the rapid and coordinated development of the whole bank. On the basis of consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign information on the performance appraisal of balanced Scorecard, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of Dongying Bank in detail, and analyzes the performance appraisal system currently implemented by Dongying Bank. To find out the shortcomings and causes, through the comprehensive use of performance management theory and the mainstream methods of domestic and foreign commercial banks performance management, combined with the actual situation of the bank, This paper intends to establish a set of internal performance appraisal system based on balanced Scorecard performance appraisal method, which is suitable for Dongying bank. Firstly, the paper finds out the key target factors that affect the performance appraisal of Dongying Bank. Then, according to the influence degree of each factor to the appraisal, the corresponding weight is given to it, and the performance appraisal system is established. Under the premise of establishing the performance appraisal system, Dongying Bank also has a set of organization guarantee and maintenance system which can guarantee the normal operation of the system. So at the end of this paper, combining the actual situation of Dongying Bank, this paper puts forward a series of safeguard measures. In order to maintain the normal operation of the bank performance appraisal system.
