【摘要】：本文通過系統(tǒng)研究人力資本效能相關(guān)理論,指出人力資本效能提升是商業(yè)銀行獲得可持續(xù)發(fā)展的核心,建立科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的指標(biāo)體系是提升人力資本效能的關(guān)鍵,同時(shí)人力資本效能提升必須貫穿人力資源管理的全過程。針對人力資本效能現(xiàn)狀,本文對存在的問題逐一作了詳細(xì)的闡述和剖析,認(rèn)為商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)在轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)肆Y本管理理念、構(gòu)建人力資本效能衡量指標(biāo)體系、加強(qiáng)人力資本戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、改革人力資本組織模式、創(chuàng)新人力資本分析手段、改進(jìn)人力資本培養(yǎng)模式、完善人力資本激勵(lì)機(jī)制等方面加大改革力度,以有效提升人力資本效能。
[Abstract]:Based on the systematic research on the theory of human capital efficiency, this paper points out that the promotion of human capital efficiency is the core of the sustainable development of commercial banks, and the key to enhance the efficiency of human capital is to establish the index system of scientific system. At the same time, the improvement of human capital efficiency must run through the whole process of human resource management. In view of the present situation of human capital efficiency, this paper expounds and analyzes the existing problems in detail, and points out that commercial banks should change the concept of human capital management, construct the index system of human capital efficiency measurement, and strengthen the strategic planning of human capital. In order to improve the efficiency of human capital, we should reform the organization mode of human capital, innovate the means of human capital analysis, improve the training mode of human capital and perfect the incentive mechanism of human capital.
