【摘要】：1997年爆發(fā)的亞洲金融危機(jī),是20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化陡然加速后第一次對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)生重大影響的金融危機(jī)。面對(duì)這一來(lái)自外部環(huán)境的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),以江澤民為核心的黨的第三代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體審時(shí)度勢(shì),果斷決策,冷靜應(yīng)對(duì)。危機(jī)發(fā)生前,未雨綢繆,及早部署經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范工作;危機(jī)發(fā)生后,在果斷調(diào)整宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的同時(shí),高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚謀劃長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,將短期防范性策略與長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃結(jié)合起來(lái),在增強(qiáng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)防范和抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力的基礎(chǔ)上,逐漸形成了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新思路。在應(yīng)對(duì)亞洲金融危機(jī)的成功實(shí)踐中積累的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)新世紀(jì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。
[Abstract]:The Asian financial crisis that broke out in 1997 is the first financial crisis that has had a great impact on our country since the rapid acceleration of economic globalization in the 1990s. In the face of this severe challenge from the external environment, the third generation of the central leadership collective with Jiang Zemin as the core reviews the situation, makes decisive decisions, and calmly deals with the situation. Before the crisis occurs, make good preparations in advance and make early arrangements for the prevention of economic risks. After the crisis, while decisively adjusting macroeconomic policies, we should plan a long-term development strategy with great foresight. Combining short-term preventive strategy with long-term strategic planning, on the basis of strengthening our country's ability to prevent and resist risks, a new way of economic development has been gradually formed. The valuable experience accumulated in the successful practice of dealing with the Asian financial crisis has had a profound impact on the economic and social development of our country in the new century.
