【摘要】：本文通過(guò)比較分析主板、中小板和創(chuàng)業(yè)板的發(fā)行條件和目標(biāo)定位,認(rèn)為設(shè)立創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場(chǎng)的功能決定了其有望成為現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)科技型中小企業(yè)上市融資的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),可在一定程度上緩解部分中小企業(yè)融資難的問(wèn)題;針對(duì)目前我國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板存在的問(wèn)題,提出了相應(yīng)的治理對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Based on the comparative analysis of the issuing conditions and target orientation of the main board, the small and medium-sized board and the growth enterprise board, this paper holds that the function of establishing the gem market determines that it is expected to become the main battlefield of listing and financing for the small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in our country at this stage. To a certain extent, it can alleviate the financing difficulties of some small and medium-sized enterprises, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the problems existing in the gem of our country at present.
