【摘要】：通脹指數(shù)債券目前已在多個(gè)國(guó)家推出。美國(guó)自1997年推出TIPS以來(lái),快速發(fā)展成為世界上最大的通脹指數(shù)債券市場(chǎng)。本文全面分析了1997年以來(lái)美國(guó)通脹指數(shù)債券市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特征,從投資人、發(fā)行人以及政府部門的角度分別分析了通脹指數(shù)債券受到廣泛歡迎的原因所在。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國(guó)通脹壓力高企、通脹預(yù)期管理難度加大的實(shí)際情況,探討了我國(guó)推出通脹指數(shù)債券的必要性以及需要注意的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Inflation index bonds have been introduced in a number of countries. Since the introduction of TIPS in 1997, the United States has rapidly developed into the world's largest inflation-index bond market. This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the American inflation-index bond market since 1997, and analyzes the reasons why the inflation-index bond has been widely welcomed from the angles of investors, issuers and government departments. On this basis, combined with the actual situation that inflation pressure is high and the management of inflation expectation becomes more difficult in China, the necessity of introducing inflation index bonds and the problems needing attention are discussed.
