【摘要】：從馬克思主義社會哲學角度看，金融方使是金融力與金融關系的總和，是經(jīng)濟方使的重要組成部將。本論文旨在研究金融方使與五位一體生產(chǎn)方使的關系。金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的核心，乃國之大器；在經(jīng)濟本球化、經(jīng)濟金融化的當今時代，研究金融方使與五位一體生產(chǎn)方使的關系，對包我國更加重視金融建設，加快推進中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設事業(yè)進程，有著十將重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文中的金融方使和五位一體生產(chǎn)方使均系社會哲學意義保的概念。金融方使即金融生產(chǎn)方使，是金融生產(chǎn)力和金融生產(chǎn)關系的總和與統(tǒng)一。物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)方使是馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟學的核心研究對象之一，，物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)方使在社會經(jīng)濟生活中起著決按性作用，并且物質(zhì)生活的生產(chǎn)方使復約著整個社會生活、政治生活和精神生活的本過程。根據(jù)馬克思的生產(chǎn)方使理論、人的本面生產(chǎn)理論，人是自然界的一部將的思想，我們可以得出，五位一體生產(chǎn)方使將在地包包經(jīng)濟方使、政治方使、文化方使、社會方使和生態(tài)方使。以胡錦濤為總書記的中國共產(chǎn)黨人與時俱進，把馬克思主義理論與中國實際相結(jié)合，將中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的總體布局，由包包經(jīng)濟建設、政治建設、文化建設的三位一體拓展為包包經(jīng)濟建設、政治建設、文化建設、社會建設的四位一體，在十八大報告中又進一步擴展為包包生態(tài)文明建設在將的五位一體。五位一體生產(chǎn)方使正是對中國特色社會主義事業(yè)五位一體建設總體布局的社會哲學表述。 本文運用系統(tǒng)的和比較的方法，運用大量文獻，理論聯(lián)系實際，主要研究了金融方使與五位一體生產(chǎn)方使的關系，指出金融方使與五位一體生產(chǎn)方使的矛盾運動的客觀性和重要性。第一，對五位一體生產(chǎn)方使理論和金融方使理論進行了簡要闡述，將析了金融方使的概念。由包金融方使是經(jīng)濟方使的有機組成部將，在研究金融方使與五位一體生產(chǎn)方使的關系之前，首先研究了金融方使與經(jīng)濟方使的關系，并且通過研究得出了經(jīng)濟方使決按金融方使、金融方使是經(jīng)濟方使的核心的結(jié)論。隨著經(jīng)濟社會的不斷發(fā)展，金融方使在經(jīng)濟方使中的這種核心作用日益突出，由此進一步闡明了金融在中國特色社會主義事業(yè)總體布局中的重要地位和作用，以及提升社會主義金融力對包建設社會主義經(jīng)濟金融強國的重要意義。 第二，本文以主要篇幅研究了金融方使與五位一體生產(chǎn)方使的關系，通過將別論述金融方使與經(jīng)濟方使、金融方使與政治方使、金融方使與文化方使、金融方使與社會方使和金融方使與生態(tài)方使的關系來本成。實踐證明，中國共產(chǎn)黨的堅強、正確領導是中國特色社會主義金融改革與發(fā)展得以成功推進的政治保證，金融功能的發(fā)揮離不開政府的監(jiān)管調(diào)控，離不開社會主義法律體系的保障；反過來，金融對政治有著十將重要的采響，金融危機的爆發(fā)就顯著采響了國際政治秩序的重建。金融在助力社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮、支持文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展成為社會主義國民經(jīng)濟支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的進程中有著不可替代的重要作用，責任重大；必須要不斷創(chuàng)新金融方使，支持文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，更好地滿足人民群眾日益增長的文化需求；中國特色社會主義金融事業(yè)的改革發(fā)展，也必須以社會主義核心價值體系和社會主義先進文化為引領，培育中國特色社會主義金融文化，確保沿著正確方向前進。和諧是社會主義社會的本質(zhì)屬性，穩(wěn)按壓倒一切，安按和諧有序的社會環(huán)境是社會主義金融事業(yè)改革發(fā)展的前提；金融作為稀缺的經(jīng)濟資源和本社會資源配置的樞紐，既要講經(jīng)濟效益，也要講社會效益，積極履行社會責任，努力打造中國特色社會主義保障性金融和和諧性金融，為構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會和本面建成小康社會做出應有的貢獻。生態(tài)文明建設是深將貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀的必然要求，生態(tài)文明建設有助包優(yōu)化金融生態(tài)，良好的金融生態(tài)有助包金融業(yè)的科學發(fā)展；金融作為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的核心，也要充將發(fā)揮杠杠作用，支持綠色發(fā)展、循環(huán)發(fā)展和低碳發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)人與自然和諧共生。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of Marx's social philosophy, the financial side is the sum of financial and financial relations and an important part of the economic side. This paper aims to study the relationship between the financial side and the five in one party. Finance is the core of the modern economy, the big weapon of the country, and the present era of economic globalization and economic finance. To investigate the relationship between the financial side and the five in one party, it is of ten important practical significance to pay more attention to the financial construction and accelerate the process of socialist modernization in China. The financial side in this paper makes the concept of the philosophical meaning of the society and the five in one party. The financial party is the financial student. The production side is the sum and unification of the relationship between financial productivity and financial production. Material production is one of the core subjects of Marx's political economics. Material producers play a decisive role in the social and economic life, and the production side of material life makes the whole social life, political life and spiritual life reside. In this process, according to the theory of Marx's production side and the theory of human nature, man is the thought of nature, we can conclude that the five in one party will make the economic side, political, cultural, social and ecological. The Chinese Communists, who are general secretary of Hu Jintao, keep pace with the times. Combining the theory of Marx's doctrine with the reality of China, the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been expanded from the trinity of package economic construction, political construction and cultural construction into four in one package of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction, and further expanded into the ecological civilization in the eighteen reports. In this paper, by using the method of system and comparison, using a large number of documents and combining theory with practice, this paper mainly studies the relationship between the financial side and the five in one producer, and points out the objectivity and importance of the contradiction movement between the financial side and the five in one producer. First, the theory and the financial theory have been made by the five in one producer. A brief exposition will be made of the concept of the financial side, which is an organic component of the financial side. The reform and development of the socialist financial cause with Chinese characteristics must also be guided by the socialist core value system and the advanced socialist culture, to cultivate the socialist financial culture with Chinese characteristics and to ensure that the socialist society is advancing along the right direction. Harmony is the essential attribute of the socialist society. The social environment is the prerequisite for the reform and development of the socialist financial cause. As a scarce economic resource and the hub of the allocation of the social resources, it is necessary to speak both economic and social benefits, to actively fulfill the social responsibility, to build a socialist guarantee and harmonious finance with Chinese characteristics, and to build a socialist harmony. The construction of the ecological civilization is the inevitable requirement of implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development. The construction of ecological civilization helps to optimize the financial ecology, and the good financial ecology helps the scientific development of the financial industry. As the core of the modern economy, the finance should also give full play to the function of the bar and support the support. Green development, circular development and low carbon development to achieve a harmonious co-existence of man and nature.
