【摘要】：企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展的方向,是企業(yè)成敗的關(guān)鍵,期貨公司也不例外。據(jù)中國(guó)期貨業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)最新統(tǒng)計(jì)資料表明,2012年1-12月全國(guó)期貨市場(chǎng)累計(jì)成交量為14.50億手,累計(jì)成交額為171.12萬(wàn)億元,同比分別增長(zhǎng)37.60%和24.44%,成交量和成交額都創(chuàng)了歷史新高。從期貨品種上來(lái)看,目前已經(jīng)發(fā)展到29個(gè)品種；隨著監(jiān)管的不斷放松,金融期貨,資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)相繼推出,期貨市場(chǎng)必將進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,因此,有必要對(duì)期貨公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究討論。而作為國(guó)家金融改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)的溫州,其經(jīng)濟(jì)金融具有獨(dú)特性和一定的參考價(jià)值�；谝陨蟽牲c(diǎn),研究溫州地區(qū)的期貨公司或營(yíng)業(yè)部就顯得至關(guān)重要。因此,本研究以中大期貨溫州營(yíng)業(yè)部為例,進(jìn)行相關(guān)案例研究,對(duì)溫州營(yíng)業(yè)部的行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行PEST分析和營(yíng)業(yè)部自身的SWOT分析,充分了解溫州營(yíng)業(yè)部所在地區(qū),所在行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),同時(shí)明晰營(yíng)業(yè)部自身的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)和發(fā)展機(jī)遇以及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本研究對(duì)溫州營(yíng)業(yè)部給出相關(guān)的戰(zhàn)略建議,并在相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)下,給出相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)術(shù)建議。這樣做不僅對(duì)其他期貨營(yíng)業(yè)部有一定的參考作用,對(duì)溫州金融改革,甚至整個(gè)中國(guó)的金融體制改革都將起到積極作用。
[Abstract]:The development strategy of an enterprise is the direction of its future development and the key to its success or failure, and the futures company is no exception. According to the latest statistics of the China Futures Industry Association, the total turnover of futures market in China in January and December 2012 was 1.45 billion hands, with a cumulative turnover of 171.12 trillion yuan, an increase of 37.60% and 24.44% respectively over the same period last year. Both turnover and turnover reached a record high. As far as futures varieties are concerned, they have been developed to 29 varieties. With the continuous relaxation of supervision and the introduction of financial futures and asset management services, the futures market is bound to enter a period of rapid development. It is necessary to study and discuss the development strategy of futures companies. As a national financial reform experimental area, Wenzhou's economy and finance has its uniqueness and certain reference value. Based on the above two points, it is very important to study the futures company or business department in Wenzhou area. Therefore, this research takes Wenzhou Business Department of CUHK as an example, carries on the related case study, carries on the PEST analysis to the Wenzhou business department's industry environment and the sales department's own SWOT analysis, fully understands the Wenzhou business department area, The present situation and development trend of the industry, and the advantages and disadvantages of the business department, the development opportunities and challenges. On this basis, this study gives the relevant strategic advice to Wenzhou business department, and under the guidance of the relevant strategy, gives the corresponding tactical advice. This will not only serve as a reference for other futures business departments, but also will play a positive role in Wenzhou financial reform and even the reform of the financial system of China as a whole.
