【摘要】：私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)是以富裕階層為目標客戶的個人理財服務(wù)。隨著改革開放30年以來的高速經(jīng)濟增長,富裕階層的人數(shù)不斷增加,特別是在當前金融危機的沖擊下,中資銀行看到了機會一些中國富裕人士可能更傾向于將其資產(chǎn)留在國內(nèi)。因此,對私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)具有潛在需求的客戶將會越來越多。對商業(yè)銀行來說,這些是發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的歷史性機遇。工商銀行為順應(yīng)這一趨勢,全面提升綜合競爭力,競爭優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶,大力發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)是其必然選擇。本文對工商銀行內(nèi)蒙古分行私人銀行開展的服務(wù)、發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹,對發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、內(nèi)外部環(huán)境、同業(yè)競爭情況進行了全方位分析,深入挖掘了目前工行內(nèi)蒙古分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)中存在的問題,并對存在問題的成因進行了分析。對工商銀行內(nèi)蒙古分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型背景、發(fā)展方向作出思考和研究,并提出對策建議。最終得出的結(jié)論是,工商銀行內(nèi)蒙古分行開展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)最理想的模式應(yīng)該是立足內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)市場,在深入了解區(qū)內(nèi)私人銀行客戶需求與偏好的基礎(chǔ)上,加快拓展客戶規(guī)模,積極做好資產(chǎn)配置,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展項目推介,提升私人銀行客戶非金融服務(wù)品質(zhì),推動業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型、加強培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才以及完善私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)體系,加強風(fēng)險控制,這樣才能真正打造出具有強大競爭力的私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展模式。由于作者能力有限,肯定不會做到盡善盡美,但只求能夠提出一點啟發(fā)性的觀點,希望能夠為工商銀行內(nèi)蒙古分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的快速、健康發(fā)展做一點積極探索和研究。
[Abstract]:Private banking is a personal financial service aimed at wealthy clients. With the rapid economic growth of 30 years since reform and opening up, the number of wealthy people is increasing, especially in the light of the current financial crisis, Chinese banks see the opportunity some wealthy Chinese may prefer to keep their assets at home. As a result, more and more customers will have a potential demand for private banking. For commercial banks, these are historic opportunities to develop private banking. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is an inevitable choice in order to comply with this trend, to promote comprehensive competitiveness, to compete with high quality customers and to develop private banking business vigorously. This paper introduces the service and development of the private bank in the Inner Mongolia Branch of ICBC, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, internal and external environment, and the competition of the same industry. This paper deeply excavates the problems existing in the private banking business of ICBC Inner Mongolia Branch, and analyzes the causes of the problems. The background and developing direction of the private banking business transformation of ICBC Inner Mongolia Branch are discussed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The final conclusion is that the most ideal model for ICBC Inner Mongolia Branch to carry out private banking business should be based on the Inner Mongolia market, on the basis of in-depth understanding of the needs and preferences of private bank customers in the region, and accelerate the expansion of customer size. To actively allocate assets, promote innovative development projects, improve the quality of non-financial services for private bank customers, promote business transformation, strengthen the training of professionals and improve the private banking business system, and strengthen risk control. This is the only way to truly build a strong competitive private banking business development model. Due to the limited ability of the author, he will certainly not be perfect, but he only wants to offer some enlightening viewpoints and hope to make some positive exploration and research for the rapid and healthy development of the private banking business of ICBC Inner Mongolia Branch.
